Coming to Menchie’s, I never know what kind of service I’ll get, but today was by far my best experience! The shop was clean, the toppings were fully stocked, and the girls behind the counter were amazing. I believe it was Maria who helped us, she was welcoming, explained the different flavors, and checked on us throughout our visit. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be back if this is the kind of experience I can expect
whoever was working tonight 6/5/26 at 9pm, give em a raise. i had a doordash order through them with a simple note of “dying from cramps, make with love” and let me tell you IT WAS MADE WITH SO MUCH LOVE. give em a raise rn 😭
Brick and Anastasia are the most kind workers i have ever been around in my entire life. They come to work with a ready to get it done attitude and always deliver. Their wages should be at least doubled because they made my day. They even played my favorite baby kia song! Food was great, would come back!
