I’ve been coming here for years and the coffee is amazing! The girls are always so friendly. Absolutely a favorite spot for me!

I have been coming here for over 5 years and it’s definitely changed a lot. As far as the customer service goes, it’s gone downhill. Anytime I get a drink it’s always inconsistent as far as the taste, if there’s someone there…which happens a lot! There have been times where I go and I feel bad for them, since it’s only one person working, usually, and they have to take breaks, but it feels like it happens almost every time I go. I think more training might help, or learn how to treat people, I always try and be understanding, since I also work in retail and know what it’s like. It just doesn’t seem like I want to spend my hard earned money somewhere, where it’s not valued.

there are two girls in particular that spend way too much time talking amongst themselves or with the other customers which leave other people in line waiting for too long. other staff members are great besides them.
