A late evening dinner here before a flight. Very good airport food, located before the security checkpoint.
We had a large bowl of Clam Chowder and a Chicken Sandwich. Renalynd, the wait person, was accommodating to our needs, which included our carry-on bags and a wheelchair person. She allowed us to sit in a closed section where there was room.
The wait for the food was reasonable, the portions large, and the price fair.
This was outside the ordinary for an airport restaurant. It made an otherwise hard situation easier.

Servers have no good customer service. I can see my good have been ready at the kitchen counter, bit no server bother to bring it to my table. I HAD TO GET IT MYSELF! No offer if I want anything else. No utensils. I had to ask for everything. Even for water. Service sucks.

Wait to be seated! And wait and wait, no wonder why they were so many seats available. I won't recommend it. Specially if you are on a schedule, like about to catch a flight or something, lol.

The website says their open at 5am, their staff aren't opening until they want to. It's 8/19/24 @0627 &their still closed

Slow service and uncooperative kitchen. Chowder looked like it’s from a can.

I have had the worst experience at Norton song standing there for 15 minutes trying to get in and then my waiter tells me the kitchen's closed and yet they're still doing business I wouldn't suggest this restaurant to anybody.

The server Geoffrey was absolutely killing it, seemed like the only guy front of house but wasn't falling behind and had great service. The halibut and chips and calamari appetizer were great as well. Place was pretty messy but seemed like that was because they were understaffed.
