You cannot have just one server working the entire restaurant at lunch hours, you just cannot.

Looking at the other feedbacks it seems like this has already been brought up many times. Clearly the owner and management just do not care.

Sat down for 15 mins with no one coming to ask for my order. Finally moved seats to the bar to order breakfast at 10:15 and was told breakfast ends at 10am even though the menu says “Breakfast Served Until 10:30am Daily” and others were being served breakfast next to me. Someone needs to correct the menu or serve breakfast as stated on the menu.

Supposedly 2 new cooks and no mentor. 1 person serving and bartending. Food was slow and cold. No refill on soft drinks. Food was ok. Halibut tacos and crab nachos were best.

Service took ages. Orders were taken incorrectly, so my wife and another person in the party had to wait for their food after everyone else had eaten. We weren't given napkins or silverware when our food came. Food took nearly 30 minutes to show up, was lacklustre, and cold (great combo for seafood eh?). Getting drinks took a good 15-20 minutes. They had one person serving the entire pre-security side of the restaurant, and she was clearly overwhelmed and/or incompetent.

Just go somewhere else. Avoid this place. Service was terrible, food was not even remotely close to worth the cost.

Don't bother with this restaurant at the airport, particularly if you have a flight to catch. We waited 45 minutes for food only to discover they hadn't entered our order at all. Under staffed; total waste of time - and guess what? No dinner before a 5 hour flight.

the staff was great. but the halibut and chips were like chewing gummy bears. I'm no Gordon Ramsey but I could tell something was wrong with the fish... the service was good and fast, but its almost 40 dollars for a tiny portion.

Sat for 12 minutes, famished. After the hostess greeted me from 20 ft away as I walked in....she continued to talk to her coworkers...or friends. Idk who they are... they are all speaking a different language. Reminds me of being in a nail salon.

I was about to walk out but turned around to ask if I am supposed to order from the bar because I had been waiting so long. There was only 1 customer there besides me. All I could hear was yap yap this, and yap yap that. πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ

Ordered the Herb chicken sandwich.
Chicken is Thin and slightly dry. Im wanting a fat one for the price.

A small dab of the smoky Chipotle aoli on the bun....I had to ask for more. I dislike when the sauce of a burger or sandwich is a tiny dab, that's where the flavor is. Uh ....derrπŸ‘€

The πŸ… looks 3 days old. Its done for. I didn't put it on the sandwich. I almost complained but I'm just so tired. Ugh. Eeding to ask to get service in between the yaps....needing more sauce because my sandich had a drop.....Old tomatoe is not okay for the price. Fresh slice please. That's a huge reason I get chicken sandwiches. I love πŸ….

Experience was not good. Im just listening to them yap and yap away. Yappity yap yap. So loud, no pauses, 3 at a time. Ugh

2 stars because it didn't taste like crap.

When you go there, its not about you at all , but they do want a gratuity. Tjey are nice but the Service is not genuine. You know your just walking cash to them, that's it.

Nice server but she was only interested in yapping away. I won't go back.

We just been ocean fishing on a charter, it was great to get a good solid meal after that trip, place was crowded for a good reason. Reason was able to get in right away by texting my reservation and overall good experience, service, food, etc.

Food was great , server was ok I order fish and chips halibut and a coke . It was fish was cold but still eat it . But the reason I’m giving 1 star is because of server was giving me missing change , I pay my food cash and when he gave me my change I count it and when I start spreading the change at the table one of the guy came and tell me that my server is still have to give me the missing change but if I don’t count my change I know it’s gone , make sure if you eat at this restaurant and you pay cash count your change .

I’m leaving this place 5 stars just because of Julie. She was so kind and served me despite me hesitantly looking at the menu like a dork when they were closing. And hey, the tenders were pretty good too.

Seriously appreciate it!

Just bad all around.

Pretty sure two staff members run the entire place. 10 minutes to be seated with only a few tables occupied. It would make sense if one of the two was cooking two based off quality and the wait. I presume it would be hard to pull things off at the right time while serving a beer in the other room, but maybe they do just have a bad cook.

The halibut is surprisingly dry. So much so that even while eating slowly, I still had to drink water in between bites just so my mouth wouldn’t be as dry as the fish.

The halibut tacos are $10 a piece.

They ran out of tartar sauce as a β€œseafood house”.

Lastly, the lime slices were absorbing the ink off the serving sheets they use and getting into the food.
