Just downloaded the app and ordered the bigger plate. With 2 entrees of teriyaki and 1 honey walnut shrimp. Opened the box to the honey walnut but was given a single small entree box for the teriyaki chicken. Like are yall rationing or something? I know this is not 3 entree worthy.

Consistently the best panda in anchorage. It’s right next to where I work and no matter what time I swing through, the food is fresh.

Worst experience ever ordered teriyaki chicken and they didn't give us the sauce for it and also gave me uncooked noodles will never be going to this one again

The food is good if you come during the day. At night time they try and sell old looking food. They also close the seating area in the lobby early to encourage you not to eat in.

My sisters, our children, & I came in & spent some well needed bonding time here. It was my first time at this location & they did not disappoint! We thanked them at the end of our dinner trip & they were all super friendly, taking turns telling us to have a good night & such. Good experience!

We had a large order for 7 people. It was ready on time but the egg rolls were a bit overcooked and our order had some errors.

There was no fortune in the fortune cookie. So does this make me unfortunate or is it just an error. Is my life just fortuneless. Thanks Panda Express for making this a huge emotional and mental experience for me. Food was great though

Panda Express is great! I didn't try it until recently because of mediocre reviews, but people aren't giving it a fair shake. I tried it because of a fundraiser they offered to a local student club, so that's already a win. Food was great! Probably spent less than I would have getting McDs. Now I am going back just to enjoy the food at a good price.

Don’t come at 10:00pm, hours listed for closing are 10:30pm on app and on building. Not the first time I’ve drove across town to find them closed early. Please change your hours or stay open as listed
Not to mention, food here is 50-50. Sometimes it will be great and sometimes you would have been better off microwaving week old Chinese food.

Says it opens at 930am sat for 15 minutes. Watched someone who works there walk in. Not one person answered drive through. Going up to the window there were several people in there. No one answering or acknowledging. Even tried to call to make sure they were open. No one picked up! Guess you guys should change your info on your opening time.

This place is so ridiculous. They don’t put the product I want in the container I choose. I just asked them to put three pieces of shrimp on top of the noodles, but they won’t do it. They can only put it in their stupid black plastic containers. Their franchise system is nonsense.
Customer service is terrible, so it’s no surprise they have such low ratings on Google. In fact, they deserve an even lower score. But I have to admit, the taste was good.
