Do the baristas roast the beans for each customer?? The KGB Perkup has an average wait time of half and hour or more. The sign on the window (when you finally get to it that is) says be patient… I get it but the reason people go up to drive ups is to get their coffee and go-
You can be efficient and good, and not waste your customers time, gas and patience
