My order was in very poor quality. Both pizzas I ordered were dry and kinda hard, or tough, I should say. And they had practically no marinara on them(hence the dryness). Ordered a pizza and when we got home and opened the box, it’s missing a slice of pizza. Tried to call the number to complain but been on hold for a very long time so I had to drive again to go to their store to return the pizza. The manager told me that they will just replace the pizza. At first I wanted to refund my money back and not get any pizza but then my kids were hungry already so I just took the managers offer to just replace the pizza.No, they did not offer a refund, they just replaced the pizza. They didn’t explain to me what happened. I’m really disappointed with their service.

Tasty pizza! The pickup window is a nice feature.Ordered: thin parmesan crust with chicken, bacon, and roma tomatoes. They were cheap with the tomatoes this time.

My husband and I were really excited about the new pizza promotion 2 pizza's cinnabon and cheese sticks. When I got it home I couldn't believe how DRY BOTH PIZZA'S WERE..HOW DO YOU DO THAT..WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY UNLESS A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR NO MARINARA SAUCE THEN YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU PUT SAUCE ON THE PIZZAS RIGHT?????THIS WAS PICKED UP AT THE DIAMOND STORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WON'T ORDER FROM THAT STORE AGAIN

I was given the wrong item and the manager refused to change it because I was a day late in picking it up, and there is no option to cancel an order on the app. Thankfully they honored the coupon I had submitted online
