I have tried EVERY Vietnamese & pho restaurant in Anchorage and this one has by far had the best tasting pho in the city. A little pricey compared to most, but oh so good! My new favorite, this will be my go to now. The vegetarian/tofu pho has the most variety of vegetables, and the broth is so good. Also, be sure to try the Thai iced coffee, delicious.
Let me preface this by saying Siam Cuisine is my go to restaurant, and has been since I was very young. I am biased by nostalgia and their familiar flavors that shaped my experience of Thai food. It is my opinion that their Thai is unmatched by any other restaurant in Alaska, however, I must acknowledge that this restaurant is not without problems.
