“This is our second time here. My husband and I love it! I ordered the Tom Yum! My husband ordered the Pad Thai. I didn’t try it but my husband said it was great. This Tom Yum may be the best in town. ? It was so good, my husband kept trying to steal it from me. He threatened that if I didn’t finish it, he would. I gladly over ate to make sure I had all of it. ?“
“Best Thai Food in Anchorage (in our opinon). As good or better than anything we ate in Thailand while we were there 6 weeks. Been going here for years and it is SOLID, you won't be disappointed! Our regular GO-TO restaurant here in Anchorage.*Favorites are: Green or Red Curry Beef,, Pad Kra Pao Beef, Ginger Beef, Pad Kra Pao Pork Belly, Pineapple fried rice, Tom Yum Chicken soup, Chicken wings, Larb,“
“Stopped by this gem of a thai place during the Fur Fondy events downtown. It was nicely set up for dine in or take out. Menu quality and portion sizes matched the prices. Food was authentically thai, and delicious. 5 for 5 for recommending! Waitress was also very nice to my son and brought him peanut sauce and something to color on.“
“First Time, Just picked our order. So friendly and courteous. Food is delicious! Ordered Bacon Fried Rice—all fresh vegetables none frozen! :-), Chef’s Special Frog Legs, #61, Seafood Pho Super Bowl. Everything was so tasty. Nice portion sizes.“
“I wish I could give this place 5 stars because the service is so great but I as I keep coming back, the pho broth gets more and more bland. I can barely mix my bowl of pho without the noodles all ripping apart. The noodles are too soft or overcooked, sadly and makes the noodles too short. The tendon is still very hard and could be cooked longer for that softer, chewy texture too. Although, the pad is very delicious! It's my favorite pad thai in Anchorage. I ordered it extra spicy. Hits every time! I also order the egg rolls every time I come here, and it never disappoints. Perfect amount of filling and so crispy! Love the vibes and music here. The staff is very friendly.“
“I know I gave 1 star before (2 years ago) and not sure what happened in the past but I ordered through DoorDash earlier today and the food was amazing! I was born and raised in Thailand and I inhale/exhale Asian foods. I can assure you that this place is legit and very generous with the amount! ?“
“I have tried EVERY Vietnamese & pho restaurant in Anchorage and this one has by far had the best tasting pho in the city. A little pricey compared to most, but oh so good! My new favorite, this will be my go to now. The vegetarian/tofu pho has the most variety of vegetables, and the broth is so good. Also, be sure to try the Thai iced coffee, delicious.“
“Love the food the service is what you would expected service. Come on guys give them a break they're busy and the ambience is wonderful. It's Zen like quiet and beautiful inside. Love the lighting. Love the seating. Thank you guys you deserved everybody. Your tip.“
“Enjoyed a fantastic evening meal in this new(er) restaurant. Rickshaw opened as a food truck, but has settled into the old bagel shop in the Dover Center in Midtown Anchorage. It's a space where I think they'll be able to grow and do well! The atmosphere/setting is a little simple right now, but I'm sure that will continue to change as they really settle into the space. They've only been doing dinner service for a couple of weeks and the owner shared that they've been changing up the menu until they find the exact right combination of things. Everything we had was DELICIOUS: veggie tempura, beef curry roti, khao soi, ka prow, and a bowl of the tom yum. We'll be back for sure!Editing 2/20/24 - Slightly modified menu with new pricing was posted on the restaurant's Facebook page on 2/14. I recommend looking there or perhaps the website for the most current menu and pricing.“
