Pho' Vietnam #8 in Anchorage offers a variety of pho and pad Thai dishes. The restaurant has a decent size and employees are nice. The veggie pho and summer rolls were good, and the pho combo, with extra noodles and meat, is highly recommended. Prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous. The steak pho and dumplings are also tasty, with real flavor. The owner is nice, and the staff is polite. By far the best Thai food in Alaska, really tasty and fresh with lots of condiment options, including real Sriracha. The broth could use more depth, but the quality remains superb. A standout item is the durian shake, perfect for durian lovers. Overall, a good spot for comfort food and satisfying meals.
