The waiter complained about being busy while there were only 4 tables. Drinks were 20 minutes late. The food was okay. Customer service was so terrible. Go somewhere else where they appreciate business.

Food was great. Except my burger had so much sauce. The bottom bun was soaked. Maybe try putting sauce in a dipping cup. Was very messy. Had to ask for more napkins. Would never take a date there.

Had the bacon avocado burger with side salad.i loved the unlimited side salad and my burger was good. My husband did not care for the burger he ate something like smokehouse pepper burger or something. I can't remember.

The foor is good the campfire sauce is fire, service depends on server. The tables are always sticky, not from food. The stickiness is from build-up. All the tables need a good deep cleaning.

To go orders are literally never ready on time from this location. Assume you will not get your food until it's at least half an hour past when your order said it would be ready.

Usually this is a solid go to for lunch. Worst experience we have had in a long time. The AC was on full blast - freezing in Alaska! Go figure. We waited 20 minutes to make our drink orders. Another 15 minutes to make our food order - still no drinks. We watched two other families get seated, order their drinks and food even before we got our drink order put in... which didn't come for me until right before the food came out 32 minutes later. My husband didn't get his drink until we already started to eat our food an hour later. The kicker is that we couldn't even get the server to come back to the table to request service. To top it off I ordered a burger but it was bloody... not pink which was not my order - well done, thank you.
My husband just urged us to leave, I don't have to ruin someone else's day in return, let it go we just won't come back here.

Gotten kinda expensive, so we don't go as often. But, love the bottomless salt free fries and all u can drink root bear floats...

Kid-friendliness: Kinda kid friendly. Wish they still had the old school coloring pages, with activities to keep kids distracted while waiting instead of the "ipad" menu order thing.. it's like a moth to a flame...

Ordered pick up the other night, and it was fantastic. I've eaten at quite a few Red Robin restaurants in my day, but I can't remember the food being as good as it was from this one. Everything was great, and, in particular, the fried pickles were literally made perfect.

We visited for a birthday celebration, hoping to enjoy dinner and drinks. Unfortunately, they were out of several beer options, and there were issues with the taps for the remaining selections. Consequently, we ended up drinking water.
