I’m here in the mall and I was waiting in line, I sad “seriously” to my daughter and it sounded like I had said it to the barista and she handled it in such a polite and respectful way. I apologized and explained I was talking to my daughter. Employees like Taren are hard to come by. Great redbull drink, so many flavors to choose from and they’re alll displayed in a glass case so you can pick and choose.

Excellent quality, and locally made Kaladi Bros coffee beans. I have been wanting to try a Ristretto for a while and unfortunately the Kaladi Bros cafes only do regular Espressos and Lungos. If you want a genuine Ristretto in Anchorage, this is 💯 the place to go.

You've got coffee joints, and then you've got coffee havens, right? Ristretto Café? That's a haven, no two ways about it. Nestled right there in Dimond Mall, this little gem's made a solid impact on me – spick and span, bang-up service, and hands down, the best Breve I've ever had.

Stepping up to their counter, it struck me how squeaky clean everything was. It was like their coffee – crystal clear in its quality. It's plain to see the hard yards they put in to keep the place tip-top for us, the punters.

The real game-changer, though, was the barista. She’s got this coffee thing down to an art, with a ton of enthusiasm to boot. Couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome and that kind of feel-good vibe lasted the whole time I was there. This barista, she’s a bit of a wizard, each cup of joe she made was like a masterpiece. Her skills are off the charts.

Now, the Breve – man, the Breve! This was coffee perfection. Smooth, full-bodied, just the right amount of sweet – it was like sipping on a fluffy cloud of pure coffee bliss. Each mouthful was a journey, a celebration of top-drawer beans. The flavors just melded together so beautifully, it's something I'm itching to have again.

All in all, Ristretto Café isn't your average coffee shack – it's a bona fide mecca for all of us coffee nuts. The spotless setting, the wizard-like barista, and that dreamy Breve – all reasons why I'm giving it a big fat five-star rating. If you're on the hunt for the coffee experience to end all coffee experiences, make a beeline for Ristretto Café. Trust me, you'll walk out of there with a smile on your face and a coffee-induced spring in your step.

Looks like these guys just opened up, they serve Kaladi Brothers coffee and they make it right. Definitely much better than Starbucks! 🙂
