Spenard store called me due to a power outage, named a couple of other locations for my order. Forwarded my order for seamless service and pick up. Now THIS is good business!
got a thin (I did not ordered thin) god awful pizza with a hard crust that could barely bite into it. when they sent a review on my email I told them how bad it was. they responded with "how can we make this right?" I said, I would like a partial refund.
nothing happened, ghosted. 🖕🏻

Sicily's Pizza | Spenard is a long-established restaurant known for extremely inexpensive pizzas and is around most corners in Alaska, nearly always open. The food receives mixed feedback. One customer received a thin, god awful pizza with a hard crust they could barely bite into, and after requesting a partial refund, they were ghosted. However, many others had positive experiences. A chicken Gyro was very good, and a piece of tiramisu was also enjoyed. The pizza is fantastic, clearly made with fresh ingredients that really shine through, and orders are often ready quickly, with one visit noting only a 10-minute wait. The team is friendly and went above and beyond for an event, supplying paper goods and delivering to a specific location on time. The pizzas received many compliments, surprising people who usually order from Mooses Tooth. The calzones were huge, making two meals, and were some of the best ever had.
