My favorite coffee spot with the exception of one location. The service gets worse, they had a great team before. I ordered a cup of almond milk with one of their cookies because I am pregnant and I do not drink a lot of caffeine. They charged my for whole milk $3.50 an 8 oz cup, and the "server" acted weird about it. She literally serves beverages for a living and it was the most awkward service in front of a bunch of people. This was at around 3 pm today at 3800 centerpoint. I hope in the future they do not segregate customers based on their order it was very awkward for her.

Had to stop and get some more Covenant House Blend at a second location today! Jan 1 they always donate to a local nonprofit and I truly wanted to support today as it's going to Covenant House! Staff was fast and friendly! they even gave me a box to bring my bags out in... we got 7 bags! Drinks are always so good just wish they had a punch card. The place was clean and so nice we should have stayed but needed to go and adventure. thanks again for some great coffee

If you're gonna have posted hours stay open to those hours. I work nights and always try to get coffee around 6 o'clock posted hourssays that they're open till seven but every time I try to get a coffee they're consistently closed before six or at six.

Great coffee,they have so much flavors to choose from.I ended up getting the Kaladi iced coffee.I could really taste the coffee and chocolate without it being too sweet.The workers are also very helpful and willing to answer your question with respect.The ambiance enhances the aroma of the morning coffee.Overall,would definitely recommend!

Perfect stop after a long drive back into Anchorage. Enjoyable atmosphere, lots of good seating. Delicious coffee per usual. Oh and the matcha was great, recommend!
They screwed up our order again and again, seriously these people are pathetic how hard is it to do an order, they don't care about there customers.

Is this the flagship Kaladi's? I think this is the flagship Kaladi's.Staff here were the best part. Service was: friendly, fast, and masked.They had some decent grab-n-go treats too. (I had an outrageously carby bear claw, as they should be!)Bonus: one of the workers has a friendly Samoyed in the parking lot, which I got to interact with. What a beautiful creature.Why not 5-stars? Freezing/refrigerating coffee. Quit trying to make it a thing. It's not good for coffee

Due to Covid-19 mandates, they are limited to drive thru or take out. The coffee is fresh and flavorful and the selections are the typical choices. The baristas are friendly.

An awesome and eclectic line up of coffees some OG coffee drinks like lungo, get a drip, get a cappuccino and everything in between.Menu is kind of hard to read from the back of the socially distanced line, but once you're closer they have a very cool artistic chalk menu that lists the drink name, available sizes, and what's in them all portioned out in the drawn up cup they have for each drink.We're new to the area so once the whole floor plan is open again for hanging out and lounging we see ourselves walking down for coffee, pulling out a book, and chillin'!My wife got a spicy chai which was good for a sweetened chai, she said it was still on the sweet side for her although it did have good flavor. For our second trip she had a roibos tea, definitely a good quality leaf!I had the daily drip and it was good black coffee, no complaints and look forward to whatever is next in their rotation.The employees are efficient, kind, and welcoming - definitely our neighborhood go to spot for a coffee of any flavor
