My favorite coffee spot with the exception of one location. The service gets worse, they had a great team before. I ordered a cup of almond milk with one of their cookies because I am pregnant and I do not drink a lot of caffeine. They charged my for whole milk $3.50 an 8 oz cup, and the "server" acted weird about it. She literally serves beverages for a living and it was the most awkward service in front of a bunch of people. Had to stop and get some more Covenant House Blend at a second location today! Jan 1 they always donate to a local nonprofit and I truly wanted to support today as it's going to Covenant House! Staff was fast and friendly! they even gave me a box to bring my bags out in... we got 7 bags! Drinks are always so good just wish they had a punch card. The place was clean and so nice we should have stayed but needed to go and adventure. thanks again for some great coffee
