Memorial Day, 2025.
What better than BBQ?!!
We had 4 adults to feed.
We ordered:
Whole rack
Cowboy fries
Baked beans (8oz)
Cole slaw (8oz)
Just right!
And, man, was that stuff good😏
Best ribs in town since Texas BBQ shut down!
Pork Ribs were solid! The Brisket is a good blend for their chilli, but lacks flavor on its own. Brisket need a good Bark/Meat Ratio. The cornbread and potato salad were pretty good. The only thing I'd pass on next time is the Brisket 👍
The person working was by herself and got 5 vehicles thru pretty fast and was very polite and patient with me as it was my 1st time there. Prices are higher than what is online, though. The food was excellent. Corn bread was a bit dry but worked well to scoop in the same bite with the meats and sauce. Their bbq sauce is absolutely delicious!!!
