Greatly enjoy their drinks. It's probably a staffing issue, but I wish they'd open the drive up 'car hop' order stations. The employees they do have are very friendly. The drive thru is typically a 30 minute slow moving ordeal.

Bad customer service. Employees hanging out in the back you can see them through the double door and no one on the cashier to place our order. People were waiting for someone to come so they can place their order. There is a button to press but after 20 minutes still no one. One girl came in the front saw us and just walked back a customer called out mam a couple times she just ignored it, until one employee went to take a order to a customer outside he came back inside then I asked him if we have to place a order online and then he said let me get someone in the back.

I am so sick and tired of the weekly night manager here. In Anchorage. So last week my family and I not only called 3 times and was told all the same thing all 3 times bout there playland was open for now on at 4 pm but we wasted a 3 hr bus ride all the way out there and waited a hr outside just to get told oh I'm sorry we aren't opening the Playland this afternoon. The night manager needs to be fired cause since sonic here in Anchorage has open the same night manager keeps doing the same thing and refusing to open the Playland. My spouse and I feel it's just cause he doesn't want to have to clean the playland we weren't the only ones last week that was pissed bout being lied to there where at least 2 other people that wanted to come in aswell to order there food.

This Sonic is hands down the worst Sonic in the USA!!!! The lobby is ALWAYS closed, if you mange to get there when the are open you can never get anyone to answer your station and if call the store no one answers the phone and if you have to go through drive through it takes at least 20-30 minutes to get through drive through and when you get to the window the employees are playing around having a good ole time and then act like you are a huge inconvenience interrupting their party.Hands down WORST Sonic in America.

Yikes. First time here. This bathroom was gross and Sonic food was as you expect from mediocre generic fast food. Staff were really nice though, the restaurant franchise owner probably just needs to hire more of them to keep the place cleaner.
The ONLY good things were the polite employees and the indoor play structure that kids are suckers for. I've never before been compelled to write a review for a fast food chain. Nearly every inch was dirty and unsanitary, with large inexplicable piles of dirt in the bathroom. Even my kids who begged to go here for the first time didn't finish their food and said it wasn't good quality.

This must be your everyday average Alaska Sonic. It's winter and of course no Rollerblades. I do feel like the stalls could have more snow removal to it though. The lobby was also closed with no sign saying it was closed. Other than that the service was good and the food come out perfect.

My fiancé and I came through around 6:30pm. After being re-directed to the drive through due to the time we patiently waited and saw a girl pull up to the parking spot next to us and I’d say at least 5-6 of the sonic workers went outside. We watched them all go into the back of the car and passing around some type of smoking something or other. I don’t care what you do but when you have the labels on. It’s a very bad rep for sonic itself. Which sadly that wasn’t it. We get to finally order and we ordered two simple little things. The response from the girl was beyond rude. I’m really disappointed and I hope management can put their foot down about some of the things staff is doing.
