I have yet to visit Sonic & come away happy with my order. My recent visit with an order & tip over $75 ended with an apology from a manger but no compensation. This apology happened after I called in after waiting for 49 minutes. Then they brought out the burgers & said the test would be out in a couple of minutes. I have had bad service before & at least was given a voucher for something later.
Stood there in line with no one in front of me or behind me stood there for ten minutes with Nobody at the counter and one of the employees came out of the back looked at me and went back in to the back I turned around and left without ordering any food the worst customer service I have ever had
There was nobody in there so my boys got to run and play for a while pretty good. Don't like that I cant go inside for online orders, and a hand full of stuff that is online they don't have available for some reason.
