This Starbucks is located inside Fred Meyer. While the staff are friendly there is never enough people working. Usually only one. So you end up waiting forever to get your order…

The time it takes to make a drink.... I'm confused on why there are three people here and it took almost 15 minutes for one drink. The girls are chitchatting more then they are working...

This Starbucks is located just inside of the Fred Meyer store on Muldoon and Debarr Road of which I am definitely a regular. Just ask Lulu who watches the front door-;-). Looks like this Starbucks stop could use a boost in reviews. Understandable, since I have had the service swing from borderline atrocious to mediocre, to actually quite nice. Inconsistent, yes. Until yesterday. Personally, I have been having a week long day from hell. You know. One of those days that just never seems to end? I had to run some errands, and since I was running on very few hours of sleep, I'm talking I need some coffee, like right now. SHOUT OUT to Janyla!!! Okay. So, she was out of my fave of faves with Starbucks: the heavenly Cold Brew. So, next best thing- an iced coffee with a shot of peppermint. Sure! On a cold and blustery winter's day? Why not? Side note: I tend to bring a line of people with me, and soon Janyla was overwhelmed. HOWEVER! She handled it with the coolest grace I have ever seen in quite some time. Even when she had to call her boss to help walk her through the procedure of loading my Starbucks gift card, she was calm and collected. Janyla! You are the light in the most dreariest of days. Thank you*~

Dont let people order pick up if the lobby is closed, the drive through line is soooooo slow.

Went on Sunday 6/7/20 around 6:30 the girl working was extremely rude . We overheard her saying to her co worker ‘do you know what would be great?’ ‘If people didn’t come in right before close and order a frappe’ he laughed then she gave us the wrong coffee .
In the supermarket, the tables are in a mess and no one cleans them up.

Updated 2019-I loooove this starbucks. Pam is amazing if you go here often then your lucky enough to get to know Pam. I come here every Friday sat sun morning sometimes a second trip too. I live in wasilla on weekdays and on weekends i am in anchorage and this is my go to spot for coffee. And its not the closest starbucks to me but its worth making the trip. They often have a lil wait but for quality coffee I wait the 10 mins. Also I like Michael & Arianna.2017-I love the coffee here yum yum. I get coffee here on weekends.
