This Starbucks is located just inside of the Fred Meyer store on Muldoon and Debarr Road of which I am definitely a regular. Just ask Lulu who watches the front door-;-). Looks like this Starbucks stop could use a boost in reviews. Understandable, since I have had the service swing from borderline atrocious to mediocre, to actually quite nice. Inconsistent, yes.
