Do not ever go there before they close. My daughters and I wanted to go there for refreshers my other kids cake pops. The cashier was so rude from the beginning yelling at me are you all going to order? I said no, was trying to tell her my order and got yelled at again. This was the worst experience ever I had with Starbucks. I recommend teaching the closing cashier about customer service not be rude from the beginning.

Didn't take my name ignored my presence. The service wasn't very good this time, I could tell they thought I was poor. I was treated badly I will never go back. I'm ashamed to say they treated me different this time because I was in a hoodie. My coffee was cold it wasn't even hot I don't know I feel like they gave me crappy service and crappy so I wouldn't come back I feel like they thought I was native Alaskan and therefore they discriminated me and I'll never go back it was pretty embarrassing but hey Google is forever....

Feedback on Service Experience at Starbucks Diamond Center Branch

Today, I visited your Diamond Center branch with the intention to purchase a Lemonday Berry and a Chai Tea Latte. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff, predominantly young individuals, appeared to be distracted and lacked attention to detail. Despite my repeated attempts, they struggled to accurately take my order, which led to errors in preparation—such as receiving a cold Chai Tea Latte instead of a hot one, and a spillage incident in my car due to improperly sealed packaging.

As someone with prior experience in food service, including coffee shops, I understand the importance of efficiency and customer service, particularly in high-paced environments like drive-thrus. It is evident that further training and supervision are needed to enhance the quality of service at this location. As a regular customer, I believe such improvements are crucial to maintain customer satisfaction and uphold Starbucks' reputation.

I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to address the issues mentioned, ensuring a better experience for all patrons in the future.

Normalize giving people straws when ordering Uber/DoorDash, how am I supposed to drink my beverages? I don’t want to buy straws just for my drinks whenever they don’t give straws, they’re supposed to give that with it like, not me buying it.

I can’t love this place enough! The staff is kind, efficient, and fun! They truly go the extra mile with every customer to ensure a great experience. It costs a lot to get a coffee these days, so service like this is crucial. Chance and his crew are the best part of my day every time I swing by for a breve! I’d name then all, but there’s really no one who shouldn’t be recognized. Honestly, I could get a coffee anywhere but I chose this location because of the people working there. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes what a great team they have!

I’m in the mall almost every day for work and I really love stopping in this location. The staff is friendly and food/drink selection is great. The fireplace seating area that they finished a few months ago looks amazing as well.

Nice little spot, always congested, limited drinks. Been here a couple of times to pick up an online order, and it’s always the same situation: don’t have the drink, or someone else takes a part my order. I’ve had to tell them to at least write down my name, but nah, why would they need to spend an extra 5 seconds?

Three days in a row now I’ve ordered something from the app and when I go to pick it up I’m told it’s sold out. This is ridiculous. Don’t bother with this terrible location. Go across to the Old Seward location
