“I had "The Beast", and it was a tasty and satisfying sandwich. For some reason there was some difficulty ringing up my party of five, and a somewhat-cryptic receipt left us unable to determine afterward if we had been rung up correctly. Still, good lunch stop.“
“This place has a drive-thru. Which makes it convenient as the parking is very small. I'm glad that they're open in the mornings for breakfast. I do wish they would open up a little bit earlier. I actually go there for the breakfast sandwiches. I'll even get a breakfast sandwich for lunch. The staff was very friendly. And I am so glad that they have unsweetened iced tea!“

“So fast they drew a picture on each sub before I even got there (it was also done correctly with everything there). They were cleaning in between orders and it looks like the manager took time to teach a new person how to use the POS system. Wouldn't feel safe leaving my bike while eating tho.“
“I live close by and this location is my favorite one to visit. I enjoy eating at SUBWAY, but because they know me - and I get excellent service - my orders are always correct and made just how I want them.

“Good service friendly workers every time I come in the person says hello welcome to subway. The only problem is the store closes to early.i get off at 8. The store closes at 8. They should close at 9 . When I go to Starbucks I see plenty of people driving up to subway and leave.“
“Subway is Subway, nothing fancy yet is a decent sandwich. And although there is nothing such as perfect there makes a difference when an establishment tries. There is a saying, "what makes a good carpenter is one that can fix there mistakes so that it seems as one was never made". Well here at Subway on Spenard there is such a person. One that not only goes above the standards of customer service so that you would think you were back in the times customer service mattered. But also when made a minor mistake quickly was apologetic, Instead of trying to blame the customer even though I was perhaps not as clear as I could of been and so was willing to pay half the cost to get a sandwich I had requested to begin with. She replied with a warm smile "oh no that was my mistake and you shouldn't have to pay". So quickly made a new one again with a smile and good spirits the entire time. Me being a middle aged man knows that she is not being paid what she should but she takes pride in her work and her rate of pay makes no difference on how she performs her duties. The entire time I sat here eating and looking out at the passing vehicles and bustling people going about the day. She was either laughing while she helped a customer, or had a sanitized wash cloth and cleaned away. This is an employee that Subway, I would hope recognizes, and that her generation should take notes from. As this is the work ethic that we should all strive for. I did not ask her last name but her first is Audrey. She was working the afternoon shift on January 25th approximately @ 2pm“
“I hate subway, always have. But, this location has restored my faith in them quite a bit. They have been very consistent and the quality has been really good. The staff does a great job, and the store is very clean. I don't recommend them as a chain, but I do recommend this store. They should be the example, not the exception.“
“TJ, the worker at Tikahtnu's location, did a terrific job helping me and my family with their sandwiches. With great care and precision, TJ made three mouthwatering sandwiches in a few minutes. The food was great, the service better and the location had a great atmosphere.“

“Great service I had to wait a little bit for my takeout order, however, that was yesterday and they were extremely busy and only had two people working. One of their employees has worked there for 4 years and does great under pressure. The food is excellent and this is probably the best Subway in town“
“The Subway team (located in the Elmendorf PX) is absolutely wonderful! Their customer service is top tier. I love how they provide a personal connection with regulars that visit the store often. “When it comes to Subway in Anchorage THIS IS THE PLACE! The good vibe starts when you walk in the door and every customer is greeted by an employee, who are always quick and courteous, handling lunch crowds with great efficiency. I know it seems overrated at times to some, but it’s my favorite. Not only the food which is absolutely amazing, but the customer service. We go out of our way to come to this location 2-3 times a week even if we're working across town! Most people go to Subway for the food but we come here for the people!! I want to recognize the workers at the Subway on the corner of International Airport Road and C Street who always provide my coworkers and I with a First Class experience. From their beautiful smiles and positive attitudes to their attention to detail with your food, Sandra and Marissa go out of their way to make each visit just as memorable as the last! I am truly grateful that these young women always go above and beyond in providing not just good, but truly excellent service!! They deserve praise. Compared to other fast food, this Subway store is a clear 5-star!!!“
“The food was very filling here which had fresher vegetables than other subways. The service was nice and straightforward the sandwich maker belle filled up my sandwich nice and full. The atmosphere was nice nice lady working there belle was super nice“
