TJ, the worker at Tikahtnu's location, did a terrific job helping me and my family with their sandwiches. With great care and precision, TJ made three mouthwatering sandwiches in a few minutes. The food was great, the service better and the location had a great atmosphere.
Terrible customer service. Called and explained that I accidentally placed a in-store pickup online and asked if they could bring it out to me, I was told that “it would just be easier if I came in and got it.” After I got my infant out of the car in the cold, they were in the back laughing on their phones.

We ordered curbside my wife and her handicapped mother went to pick her food up. Nobody ever brought it to the car so my wife had to go in and get it. Three employees were just standing there. Food was ready to go, even though they were prompt that my wife had arrived. Nobody came out. My wife said the place was clean.
