Pho Saigon Reviews
Yummy pho 🍜 the broth has a really lovely flavor. Quick service. Thank you 😊
i had the pho here and it was fine, nothing special but it hit the spot on a cold day... the broth was a little bland but the portions were good size... service was pretty slow but they were busy so whatever... probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back but i wouldn't say no if someone else wanted to go
For Eagle River area this Vietnamese/Thai fills the need.
Though not the most authentic and kind of pricey the place is good enough.
Bun Bo Hue was quite spicy.

Pho Saigon offers a cozy atmosphere with pleasant service and a sauce bar on the table. The Thai Tom Ka soup with chicken was not the favorite, but the avocado shake was a hit - creamy, delicious, and just the right amount of sweetness. The bun thit nuong cha gio with fish sauce dressing was a highlight, along with the aromatic pho broth, which some consider the most delicious in Anchorage. The food is amazing, and the restaurant is beautiful and clean, though service can be inconsistent, with customers needing to get the servers' attention for add-ons. The benches are close to the table, which may be tight for some. Despite minor issues, Pho Saigon is worth multiple visits for its flavorful dishes like the cold vermicelli noodle salad and aromatic pho broth.
