Got a sub tonight and the meat was absolutely rancid. It smelled and tasted like it had been left at room temperature for days.

We ordered curbside my wife and her handicapped mother went to pick her food up. Nobody ever brought it to the car so my wife had to go in and get it. Three employees were just standing there. Food was ready to go, even though they were prompt that my wife had arrived. Nobody came out. My wife said the place was clean. The sandwiches tasted like they were premade had a little funky to the bite they were wrapped beautifully. Just didn’t seem like the Crips clean fresh subway sandwiches I was used to in the past been a while since I’ve eaten subway may be a while again if I do eat there again, I will supply photos and more comments

TJ, the worker at Tikahtnu's location, did a terrific job helping me and my family with their sandwiches. With great care and precision, TJ made three mouthwatering sandwiches in a few minutes. The food was great, the service better and the location had a great atmosphere.

I love subway, I go atleast twice a week for they’re cold cut combo. I usually go to the one in eagle river as that’s where I live but I came out to anchorage for a target run and wanted to grab a sandwich, I don’t know if this is how it’s usually run but Raven should not be allowed to make sandwich’s, or atleast trained in some way to make sandwich’s, i asked for salt, pepper, and oregano, not for 20 shakes of each, I couldn’t even eat it it was so strong, idk who taught her but I won’t be going here again. I should of just waited till I got back home ??‍♂️

I don’t recommend this Subway location. My husband and I each ordered a footlong for pickup. We received our order with no issues. We arrived home and began to eat our dinner. I ordered a cold cut combo footlong and as I took my first bite, I bit into the paper they use to wrap the meat in. I then opened my sandwich up to inspect it, and I pulled out a large piece of sandwich paper. I was very hungry, so I decided to continue eating the sandwich until I got to the second half. When I bit into the other half, I instantly spit it back out. Both the meat and cheese tasted spoiled. I’m hoping my husband and I don’t get sick from our food. I highly recommend going to one of the several other locations nearby and skip out on this one.

I walked in there, picked out my bread and cheese and meat, just for them to tell me they don’t have any type of lettuce and basically all dressings are gone? Ima need someone in there to fix this place. I walked out! Horrible service

I used to love this location. It's convenient to my work and the service has always been exemplary. Today I ordered a steak protein bowl on the app as I usually do...I was called and told they were out of steak would I like a different meat. I said 'No thank you. Can you just give me a refund?" I was told it would be easier if I just picked another meat. I explained I am on a special diet and the steak is the only meat I can have. The caller said she would talk to her manager and I thanked her. A few moments later she informed me the transaction would be voided but next time I would have to just choose another meat to which I replied, "There won't be a next time, thank you" and hung up. I am really disappointed, I really liked them up until that point.

Terrible customer service. Called and explained that I accidentally placed a in-store pickup online and asked if they could bring it out to me, I was told that “it would just be easier if I came in and got it.” After I got my infant out of the car in the cold, they were in the back laughing on their phones.
