I've gone here at least 3-4 times, it's always been clean and well taken care of. I've never seen any vagrants in here despite the location.
This is always a great location to hit before the airport on the way out of Anchorage.

I just find it crazy that this place would shut down the lobby and the restrooms 45 minutes before closing time. It’s one thing to clean the place before you close, but to shut down the bathrooms and the lobby 45 minutes before closing seems very selfish on behalf of the workers and the manager who is running the show. It seems like they are willing to sacrifice quality customer experience just to be out of the store the second the clock turns 10 o’clock. As someone who has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years, It’s just not a good look. What if somebody was passing through the city and needed to grab something to eat and sit down and unwind for a few minutes? Maybe even use the bathroom before they carry-on with the next three or four hours of driving? They would be totally screwed and likely just simply go to Walmart next time instead of even bothering to go by subway.

My girlfriend and I came in and sat down because she was on a phone call, all less then 10 mins they asked us several times if we were going to order anything I told them yes after she gets off the phone. While I was waiting I asked to use the bathroom and they wouldn’t let me because I never bought anything yet. Also as my girlfriend started her order they laughed at her order Bad customer services.
