I went in to order my sandwich, and the older Filipina lady was grabbing her coworkers butt (the Filipino guy) while wearing food handling gloves. Didn't bother changing them either. Won't be spending money here anymore. The native woman that was actually focused on prepping sandwiches was totally nice and on task. Stopped in on 10/9

I would give no star if possible. Slowest staff ever and they don't know how to make their own menu. Took 3 people 15 minutes to make one very simple item that had only 4 ingredients. They should be embarrassed how bad they are and probably shut down for their extreme incompetence
Forgot to mention we had coupons for free items that the employee who was ringing us up completely ignored and wouldn't look at despite us handing them to her. Almost got charged for items that should have been free, they were terrible anyway.

A certain employee was just rude and seemed like she doesn’t like her job. Plus they tried to put rotten onions on my sandwich and act like it was okay. I had to ask them to remove the item.

I don't like this complaining about these platforms but the terrible attention from some of the collaborators I would not return to that location, even with colleagues you can see the treatment, we clients are not to blame for their problems, but I would not return to this location

I'm a tourist, I wanted to eat a sandwich and decided to go to the subway, terrible attention from one of the employees, I didn't see the name, but she was dressed all in black. I have been to other subways and the service is perfect, they always ask everything, they offer you things in a good manner, in this location it was the opposite, I didn't wonder if what I was putting in was right really terrible service from that collaborator, the other employees were kind

I should’ve Tuesday, July 2, 2024 about 930 to 9:45 AM. There was a manager and for employees present. I walked up to place my order and I wanted a foot-long bacon egg and cheese on flatbread. I told the person looking intently at me, then proceeded to point to the menu, but not saying anything. I then reiterated my order. The young lady then went to grab the bread but pulled out a foot-long piece of white bread. I said no, I want flatbread whereby she looked confused but did not say anything. After thinking a little bit. She reached back in and got the flatbread, put it on the counter and proceeded to make a sandwich I did not order, she was covering the flatbread and steak. Mine should’ve started with the egg and then the cheese and then the bacon. I told her no I want a bacon, egg and cheese. Seeing that she was not understanding what I was trying to do. I called out in a raised voice to the manager to come over and help someone help. I was told that I cannot criticize her employee. Cannot yell at her employee or raise her employee because she’s new and doesn’t know what she’s doing. She has no idea what the menu is and doesn’t understand English. And because of this and me raising my voice, I was told to leave the store she was kicking me out. Incredulously I left the store telling them they were all a bunch of morons. They then got the number off of my company truck and called my office and complained to the on-site manager about my behavior. They then called corporate I Alaska and told him I use racial slurs and that’s why she kicked me out which I did not. This is the worst subway and the worst manager I’ve ever seen.
