This location really needs more staffing on a weekend. There was only 1 gentleman working with 3 customers in line when I arrived. When my turn came up, he said it’ll be a minute as he needs to make a phone call. He got on the phone with what sounded like a Manager and told him that no one else is here to work but him and it is busy. He had to make his case to the Manager for a second person need. I would have a good discussion with the Manager of this place. The gentleman should not have had to explain the Manager why he needs a second person here. When the gentleman returned, he said he had 2 more orders to process before helping me. I left this store, will never return again.

I had just come from a concert and everything was packed up and backed up and closing and I came just a few minutes before closing and they still helped me they didn't complain about serving me or about the fact that I came in right when they were about to close up. they provided me with great customer service I really appreciated me the guy that was helping me out. he was so fun to talk and professional. he put on clean gloves to make my sandwich and when something got on his gloves while making my food he went and changed the pair of his gloves just for me without me saying anything about it . He put on a fresh pair of gloves when making my food. Alot of the places around the country I've seen them keep the gloves on sweep stuff off of the counter and pick up trash and then come back and make your food and you have to complain. the fact that this man cares so much about his job and about the quality of his work that he put on fresh gloves and multiple gloves while making my food really impressed me and it was so thoughtful. It's hard to find people at food places like that that care.

We just got home after ordering our sandwich (4:45pm ish on 4/24/25) and we’re still talking about it. The establishment was clean. Customers service was on point! The female CSA was hard at work in the back and supporting the male CSA, who hit all the marks with excellent customer service. My husband is disabled but he enjoyed how personable the CSA was.
When we got home and he took a bite, he said “this the best spicy Italian sub I ever had from subway,” and he’s been to a LOT of them. The portioning was just right and every bite tasted the same; perfect.
One employee behind the counter who couldn’t care less that there were customers ( we were the only people there) And another running into the bathroom with a man, They were out of several ingredients wich the employee very rudely let us know then offered no substitutions, half way through her making our order the other woman comes out of the bathroom and stands at the register while the man is sticking his head out of the same bathroom door staring at us. I went in to order my sandwich, and the older Filipina lady was grabbing her coworkers butt (the Filipino guy) while wearing food handling gloves. Didn't bother changing them either. Won't be spending money here anymore. The native woman that was actually focused on prepping sandwiches was totally nice and on task. Stopped in on 10/9
