Taco Bell in Anchorage

“Every fast food place was packed after the hockey game and these guys were just getting the cars through the guy taking the orders with soul Pleasant got everything right still provided customer service and accuracy when I went to the window you could see the entire team working together to get the orders up to the window and everything was in there. Nothing was missing. They were perfect. I didn't have anything missing the food was just made it was seasoned everything that was part of the meal was included I'm so impressed by them they got their long lines down with accuracy customer service efficiency and professionalism. The night crew rocked it. I was over at the Wendy's line and I finally drove over to their line because I kept watching all the cars leaving I'm so glad that I did“

“Most normally I rate this place below zero. I go here because it is fast and easy. Today I asked them to please make my dinner look like their advertisement. They did.. oh my gosh best tacos ever from this place. There was taco meaT, sour cream, cheese lettuce and tomatoes clear to the top. Thank you thank you.“

“Didn't know kiosks are more of a thing now, I looked at the menu for a while and was confused about why my order wasn't taken until someone at the cash register said something. I felt silly. It's been a while since I've gone in person to a Tacobell, and any fast food restaurant really, but I appreciate how fast my order was given to me. And I got everything I asked for. Wouldn't mind showing up in person to buy food some time in the future if my finances allow it.“

“The customer service. There is terrible, especially the manager Shannon. If they mess up your food if I was you, I would stop in the drive through and I would open every burrito and every taco and make sure it was correct because when you try to go in later to pick up your food they messed up, they will make you feel like a thief.
Zaltos is way better.“

“In all my years of Taco Bell addiction across the country, this has been my favorite location (excluding the cantinas). They get my complicated orders right far more often than any other location 95% of the time at least) and they never skimp on the portions. I do wish the parking lot allowed for a real line to form, but that’s not their fault“

“I just want to say how nice and kind the guys who work here are. I was very tired after work and didn’t feel very well, and when they gave me my order, I dropped the drink on the floor, it spilled and I was very uncomfortable, but the nice employees cleaned everything up and gave me a new drink. thank you that was very nice!“

“I'm impressed with the friendly customer service, especially right after opening around 10:30 am-- with a smile even!! I ordered through the app and my food was made right after I gave my name in the drive-through. After pulling up to the window, I received my drinks promptly with the perfect amount of CLEAN ice! My food was received in a sealed paper bag and combo box with the receipt attached. Additionally, to my pleasant surprise, the polite young gentleman verbally repeated back my order and told me how many of and where each specific food item was packed. The food was still perfectly hot when I got home and everything and all my cuztomizations in my order were correct! The best part---- the food actually tasted FRESH and well-cooked. Well Done TacoBell Staff!. This is my favorite TacoBell location now and ill be sure to recommend to everyone.“
