Love the staff & the food is usually pretty good. However, the Chicken Cantina Bowl does not resemble the appetizing photo on the Taco Bell App. it was my first time trying it, so I was disappointed.

I went to the new Lake Otis location today. 5pm 4/20. Someone was taking a long time ordering so I used the self-order POS. Question- what’s the point of having them? I ordered quickly and the party behind me was still ordering up front when I finished. They got their order before me. Making things worse I had to go up to the counter to check if the bag on it was my order. No one called out my name to say it was there.
