If I could rate 0 stars I would. We went through the drive thru at about 8:30(ish) this evening and ordered 4 deluxe boxes, a crunchwrap, chicken cantina meal, and a quesadilla. None of the boxes came in boxes. They threw all items in one bag. so we were unable to sift through the bag to figure out if we had everything. When we got home and unpacked everything we were missing 5 chips, a burrito, the crunchwrap, and the cheese cups they had put in the bag were barely filled. My husband and I drove all the way back to taco bell, but they had the lobby closed AGAIN so we had to wait in a long line at the drive thru. When we got to the window they handed us a bag, which was only the burrito and the crunchwrap. My husband ran back to the window and said we are missing our chips and cheese. The guy handed us a bag of chips and said to my husband "he" said he put the cheese in the other bag. Absolutely was not even one container of cheese in that bag. They finally ended up giving us our cheeses. These people absolutely did not care that this was happening. Such a disappointment. Maybe if the lady at the window would have gotten off her cellphone and been an extra pair of eyes this wouldn't have been such a cluster. They have been going downhill slowly, but tonight takes the cake.

The customer service. There is terrible, especially the manager Shannon. If they mess up your food if I was you, I would stop in the drive through and I would open every burrito and every taco and make sure it was correct because when you try to go in later to pick up your food they messed up, they will make you feel like a thief. Zaltos is way better.

They skimp so hard on the meat...which blows my mind. I get a chalupa supreme n theres barely any beef. I dont think its the employees..i feel like the owner or manager prefers them to go light as possible.

This Taco Bell on diamond is a thievery of a business. Every time we go there there's a mess up and I ordered tonight and they charged me twice. They gave my order to someone else and then turned around and charged me to replace it bullshit.

Midnight road tacos for the drive to Seward. Drive was only option at this time in the evening. Picked up 2 Cantina Crispy Chicken tacos. These chicken tacos are super tasty. If you haven't tried them you should give them a whirl. I hope they become a regular menu item and not one of their rotation items that's here one day and gone tomorrow.
Parking: This location is next to a number of stores which all share a huge parking lot. We are talking Tractor Trailers would have no issues finding space in the nearby parking lot.

The nerve that the night time manager has. If someone calls with a concern about another store needing help because they literally had 1 person working. (We watched a worker quit while we were there). Being the leader he is, he should have sent over a couple of his employees. Rather he decided to not care and state “that’s there problem, I have a store to run.” You can run your store and still provide assistance to another store.. last time I checked, Taco Bell was a chain, where your employees are placed isn’t a concern your store will still be making money. it’s called being a leader. I’m not surprised that he met me with this type of energy. It’s extremely sad to me that he didn’t care. If I was that poor lady at Lake Otis I would have walked out with the rest of them. If this is the type of leadership TacoBell is hiring, the turnover will never be maintained.
