Geez …. Worst Taco Bell order ever. AI ordering terrible. Crispy chicken taco that was nothing but breading no chicken. Mexican pizza without beef basically refried bean pizza. Won't be going back.

Drive-through orders have to be made to an AI voice now. The robotic voice told me it didn’t have burritos or a soft taco available. I gave up and went to the window where they tried to bill me for someone else’s order and were not helpful when I told them I was unable to place an order with the automated voice. They told me they didn’t have any burritos available. No burritos? Bizarre. They made no offer to help me order anything else so I left. Way to lose a customer for life. How hard is it to have a person take your order? If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

i love that this place is open late, but i swear they never know the difference between supreme and regular. it’s just adding sour cream & tomatoes, but they still forget them 90% of the time. it’s disappointing.

Almost every time I get food from here either so much dang cheese on nt chicken quesadilla then my crunch wraps had mostly lettuce no sauce and barely meet. Im done getting food from there
It's Taco Bell so you can only expect so much but the staff was amazing welcoming and polite! Much more than my recent fast food experiences. These kids rock here!

a few weeks ago i was harassed by the kiosk when trying to order my food. a white chubby male wearing glasses was looking at me, kind of making weird gestures like he wanted to approach me. i felt really uncomfortable and unsafe. other than that, i guess i enjoyed my food.
