Ordered a chiplotle chicken wrap. There was nothing between tortilla besides chiplotle sauce. The worst bite of food I've tried. I immediately spat it out and threw it away after checking there was no meat or anything else on the wrap.

Nice people, but food was way off and smooshed in the bag. Food was on top of mexican pizza, and the whole top was stuck to the roof of the container.
They closed before their closing time again and refused service to me again, saying staffing issues. It is 0018 on 20Decembwr 2023. Stinks because I'm hungry.
Took 7 minutes till some final talked to me. Then it took another 20 minutes for Crunch box and large Baja Blast. They seem more focus on their conversion then cooking and communicate with customer.

Inside and drive-through were packed. I went through the drive-through and Andrew G (I believe; on my receipt) was extremely polite when asking if id be okay waiting before taking my order, also informing me it’d be a few minutes and then proceeded to transact and hand my food with some of the best manners and such a happy attitude despite the rush and long lines.Something small but really appreciated. Always great service at this location.Vegetarian options: Easy to customize items to make them vegetarian.

The service was good but i asked for double potatos on 2 potato tacos and didnt get it and i asked for seasoned rice on 2 other tacos and didnt get that either, but i sure did pay for it. seems to happen all the time at this location 3:10 pm sat 12/2

Went through the drive thru. Gentleman, who helped me was very friendly and accurate. No complaints.Vegetarian options: When you order especially online you can tell them what you want on you taco or burrito for example. So meat can be excluded.
I appreciate the night crew tonight! I always find this taco bell no matter the time of day quick, efficient, and really friendly. It's November so it's cold and late at night and you almost expect to get an order that either takes forever or has wrong items, making you debate if it's really worth it. This specific TB is ALWAYS on point with amazing attention to detail, it makes it worth it. Thank you!
