Nina, the owner was kind enough to set up a special tea party for me and my out of town guest. Her shop has a large selection of loose leaf teas and it was busy in there but she was patient and helped us find something we liked, even offering us a sample of their house tea. The tea sandwiches were flavorful and delicate. The doughnuts were so good!!! There’s so much to see in this little shop and plenty of delicious treats. I will be back!
Must stop in the C gate terminal at the airport! A satellite location of the beloved Downtown Anchorage store, you will find a great sampling of their eclectic inventory, including their wonderful teas! Great place to pick up snacks and souvenirs.
This little shop has so many items to shop! Wonderful gifts for everyone and the Samovar tea is divine. I’ve been buying this tea for years now. If I can’t get to Alaska they ship!! The cafe has delicious pastries and hot drinks. A must when in Anchorage!
