The Perfect Cup is the most amazing restaurant in Anchorage. Hands down. We've been regulars for almost 8 years, they have the best chicken salad in town, the best soups, burgers, ranch dressing, and teas. Their Earl Grey iced tea is to die for. Walked in and seated myself , took a glimpse of the menu seen what I wanted and the waitress lady asked me what I wanted .... I wanted the seafood chowder but they ran out of that, so I looked at the menu again and asked if I could get the spicy stew with out the spice unfortunately they could’ve drive it like that so my only option was the avocado codd salad, so I was good to go da da da later she came back to tell me she ran out of avocados and there when I started to lose my appetite ... anyways I chose the chicken salad instead. Ate up and the way the refill our drinks are soooo funny and I mean once you finish your drink they’re going to give you the drink and leave the empty drink so everything is on the way while you’re here eating your meal. Food ain’t bad just wish they had the food available like it shows on the menu. Anyways she took some money off the check since the avocados didn’t come with my salad and I didn’t mind at all.

So this place has been a lunch spot for my wife and I for years to the point where I felt obligated to only go there out of loyalty. I never complained about the dry sandwiches or wilted lettuce in the salad or even the sub par service from a select few of the waitstaff. (don't get me wrong the staff is good for most part just a few bad apples that forget to put customer service 1st) We'll today my wife ordered me a tuna sandwich to go, I cam I picked the sandwich the lady had a little attitude but understandable I was the one who ordered the sandwich but was picking it up while my wife got her nails done. A few mins after picking m y sandwich up my wife was done with her nail appointment I asked if she wanted lunch as well she said yeah I want some soup from perfect cup. We walked over to the perfect cup and we took a seat like always the lady proceeded to come over and tell us that because we cant eat here because we had a to go order sandwich even though my wife wanted to order a soup for herself to eat. I am absolutely applaud with the way this went down and to make a long story a little shorter my wife and I will have to start a new tradition because we will never go to the NOT SO PERFECT CUP again.

Right off the bat the Environment is nice. Good music and service. I ordered the soup of the day. Potato and bacon soup. Exceeded my expectations. Tasted just like my grandmas clam chowder. I also ordered a burger. It was not good at all. The burger patty itself you can tell was a cheap frozen patty from a Walmart value pack. And for a 14.99$ burger all you get is the burger. For that price you should at least get some fries. You'll have to pay 6.99$ for fries with any meal. Overall would come here just for the soup.

I have been coming to Perfect Cup for several years and it never disappoints! I especially love the fries.This is one of my favorite spots to catch up with friends over food, or just when I am shopping and want a bite to eat. Love the food and will continue to come here for several more years I’m sure :)

I love going to the perfect cup for a teriyaki salad and a bowl of seafood chowder!! Oh so yummy!! A bit on the expensive side but I would say worth it for sure. Oh and they have the best fries ever made!!!

I came in on an a personal order and Aurora/Chandler discriminated against us just because of a past order was for a delivery service. Seriously? So I don't recommend this place. A huge let down.

Incident 1: Today is Jan 15 2019 at 6pm. Last week or 2, I was on Grubhub food delivery and placed an order and waited for the food. Chandler spoke to me, in the absent of Eric NOT being their voicing her opinion about "Eric doesnt want grubhub on the platform and we shouldnt be coming their anymore". Eric is the manager of the company! I told them I'm an independent worker I dont have s*** to do with them being on GH! I just pick up the food and drive it. Incident #2 : Long story short: I walk into Diamond mall and my PERSONAL order was placed. This is my 3rd time here CHANDLER or Aurora never GREETED me with Kindness. The 1st thing out of her mouth was: Yeah arent you with grubhub? I'm thinking yeah I do gig work with them why? And she (Chandler) starts to "prejudge me" and cause discriminate by saying: We dont want to work with Grubhub and your on an order right now with them! I said: what makes you think I'm on a grubhub order? (Which I wasnt). She said: The last time I SHOWED up I was on 1. **It was RUDE AND CHANDLER IS A NEW EMPLOYEE! SHE has NO RIGHT TO JUDGE ME OR ASSUME !
