I know the mall can get busy and this place has good or bad days in terms of service. One day they completely forgot our order, served everyone else after us and then ran out of batter but they refunded us. However (1/19) was sadly not a good experience :( One of the workers burnt her hand and walked out, one guy had to run counter and orders by himself, and a tall gentleman with tattoos proceeded to pull his pant leg and scratch his entire leg and then work on the line. Was so upset we had already paid. I feel bad for the workers as I know it was a holiday and they’re probably short staffed, however there’s gotta be a better way to manager the place :/

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding my recent visit to your location on January 15, 2026. I stopped by during my lunch break to order corn dogs for myself and my coworkers.
I purchased four corn dogs, including an American classic corn dog, a potato corn dog, and corn dogs made with 100% beef. While placing and waiting for my order, I observed two different employees whose behavior raised both professionalism and food safety concerns.
One employee, a tall white male with visible tattoos on his arms, was acting in an unprofessional manner. He was using profanity openly while working and behaving in a way that made the environment uncomfortable. More concerning, he appeared to be handling food without gloves while talking at the same time, which raised serious hygiene and food safety issues.
In contrast, another employee, a tall Asian male who appeared younger, handled my order in a very professional manner. He was polite, efficient, and wore gloves while preparing food. He completed my order quickly and maintained a clean and professional work ethic. However, I later observed the other employee with tattoos preparing another customer’s order without wearing gloves, which was concerning despite his otherwise professional behavior.
I believe food safety and proper employee conduct are extremely important, especially in a food service environment. Due to what I witnessed, I am strongly considering filing a complaint with the health department if these issues are not addressed.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve both employee conduct and food safety practices at your location. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Wondering if it’s normal for all employees to go on a break at the same time on a Tuesday at 6pm with no sign to indicate they are “on a break”. They were turning all incoming customers away and told them to come back in 10-15 mins. 20+ minutes later they have all returned. Sadly, I had to wait because my daughter said she could wait patiently.
Update: the cashier was very unfriendly. I approached the register and she just stared at me without saying a word. I proceeded to order and she mumbled something softly and I asked her nicely “sorry, what was that” and with an irritated attitude she said “anything else”. Her irritated attitude is uncalled for after a bunch of customers waited patiently for your return and then you proceed to be irritated that those customers are now placing orders.

Sat in the line the first time said they where done taking orders for 10 mins there to backed up so they are taking a break so I left went back 15 mins later waited in like for another 10 mins for them to tell me there out of the spicy hot cheeto dog no sign just let's everyone sit in line not knowing they don't have the most popular choice also every staff member there has zero urgency and look like they hate there jobs moving at a snails pace there food is great if you can get it horrible experience

Two hands has redefined what corn dogs are to me, their dogs are incredibly tasty and unique. My issue however is the insane price. It costs almost 7 bucks for a single dog which is quite a high price. The atmosphere of the area isn't too crazy either, since it is in a food court after all

I expect two hands corn dogs to be better, but I had received my order and this is what it looks like. I ordered a side of spicy dog, half of it was uncooked and wasn’t covered in hot Cheetos powder. And I have not receive my sauces. My other two corn dogs was tiny, and was hard as hell. Smh. I wasted my money on this. Never ordering from here again

Food was okay. Counter help might need more training or supervision, as our not great experience was similar to others here. They lost our order and we ended up short on time so were only able to get a couple of bites before having to take it with us. The two young girls behind the counter were rather inattentive and bordered on the insolent.

Two of my friends and I ordered here. I got a potato dog and it was totally coved in a yellow powder, I had to cut off the skin and only ate the hot dog part. My other two friends order the same thing but half cheese half dog but got full cheese.
