Gone are the days of fresh burgers at this place. The service was rediculiously slow in the drive thru. Close to a 40 minute wait for a cold flavorless burger. Prefab patties totally dry. No where near the fresh quality they used to have.

If looking to wait over 30 mins to even get to window to pay for order and then have to wait even longer to get said food this is the place to go. Not first time the wait has been long like this. Tried give another go. Ridiculous when only one car infront of you most time for having to wait this long. Don't recommend. Ended up having leave with no food. If on lunch and only have so much time seriously don't bother you will waste your time. Photo to prove how long I waited before had to ask person behind me to back up so could just leave with out my food.

Wee B's is an iconic piece of south Anchorage history that has been serving people in need of a quick bite for generations. My recent visit in July demonstrated that the restaurant has experienced some changes, like fairly expensive food across the board (it was about $90 for four people's meals, which was surprising) and delayed drive-thru service, but the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Particularly, the milkshakes we had (strawberry and chocolate) were genuine and flavorful.
Inflation and other factors have influenced how the restaurant operates today. I recommend stopping by when you want to support local and when you can afford it. This is definitely not a regular stop if you want to be frugal; however, the food is good and the service is great. Thank you, Wee B's!

They say they have the best burger in Alaska I say they have the best burger in America hands down. They make everything including baking the buns from scratch. The staff are warm and make you feel very welcome. They should be the official ambassadors of food for Alaska. If your only in Anchorage for an hour spend it eating here you will be doing your taste buds a favor.

Reading reviews we went into going here knowing it could take time to get our food. Here’s the pros: Food was delicious, fresh and made to order!!! Milkshakes were great too and def helped tide us over the 40 min it took to get our order!! -staff we nice and helpful when ordering!
Con: large orders took time, we had 5 people (5 burgers and 5 fries) and it took about 40 min. I noticed orders behind us that had one person were prioritized and out 20 min before ours, which was probably the most frustrating even though we knew our orders could be a long wait. - sticky slightly dirty tables, literally my biggest yuck pet peeve. Didn’t use the bathrooms so can’t speak to those -card payments have an extra fee, bring cash to save 4%. Our total order was $108 paying with a debit card. Kinda steep but the quality of food was very good and imo worth it.
Despite the long wait the food was very good and staff were nice, and we would come here again!! My husband joked he’d take his paid lunch break here 😆

Went tonight for dinner. It was the most disappointing and gross meal. I will never, ever go back. Split a burger, onion rings and a shake. The buffalo burger was miniscule compared to the bun. There was so much mayo, it was double the weight of the itsy, bitsy, teeny tiny burger that i couldnt even taste. Even after using 3 napkins to scrape the mayo off. The onion rings were okay but nothing special. The shake tasted like shake mix and not the flavor I ordered. Literally go anywhere else for a better burger/meal...Anywhere! If you are looking for a $14 mayo sandwich, tho, this is your place. 🤢

Service was absolutely terrible. The wait time was just unacceptable. We tried to call in a take out order and we're put on hold for over 5 minutes while we could hear everything going on in the background. Good food but we will be taking our business elsewhere until we hear service has changed.
