Pull up to Drive Thru at 1130pm after work on my way home. Go to order and am told they are out of beef for everything, and then we tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told they couldn't do that either. If you are open everything on your menu should be available otherwise what is the point of being open????? Worst Wendys ever and I didn't even get to eat there!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. The franchise holders should not even be allowed to continue to have this franchise. In Alaska went to the Wendy's Inn Palmer. Yesterday oh, we don't have any frosty left. And it was 7 o'clock at night, went to the Wendy's on Benson and the Seward highway today. Wanted to get a frosty fusion. Don't have any chocolate frosty. I said, okay, I'll go to the 1 on 5th Avenue. No, oreo, how do you expect to run a business when you can never have anything

I can't believe that we spent $30 and got some really hot great food. Very respectful people there great attitudes great atmosphere. Went to peanut farm in Anchorage two days ago and spent over $100 and was not satisfied at all. I would have recommend Wendy's over peanut farm any day.

The Wendy's on the corner of the 5th Ave and Reeves Blvd is by far the best one in Anchorage. The one on Tudor is meets expectations and the new on Debarr, always seems to be out of inventory and it's always a mess. But the downtown location nails it every time, with the crispy fries! And the frost machine is rarely down!

Went throught the drive thru and they where advertising threebnew shakes and I asked to try one and they stated they did not have the machine to make it. I then asked if they had any other shake option and they stated no. So even though they are advertising in the drive thru these brand new item they can't provide them. I then ordered 2 chicken biscuits and received them. Upon arriving home one of my chicken biscuits one had lots of condiments and bacon even though I did not order that. The employee's were kind and considerate I'll give them that much. Would not reccomend Wendy's fast food to anyone in my personal opinion.

What a terrible Wendy's location. Nothing like other locations and cities I have been to. Poor Dave and his legacy 😢 Lukewarm soggy fries, quarter size over cooked nuggets and thick dry chilli.... but wait there's more.... employee Natasha will give you too much change back and can't count money but if your nice and try to help she gets very angry and snaps at you. No worries I'll keep the extra cash.
Staff were impatient with the guy in front of me who couldn't figure out how he wanted to order a specific combination of food for $10. Admittedly, he was annoying, 3 Manager fixes at the register, but they should have let it go and been kinder to me. My only interaction with them was picking up my food and I was super kind because I wanted their day to go better, but they couldn't muster a smile or a your welcome even though I thanked them for their hard work. Too bad because the food was great and my order was right and timely. Much better than the other location nearby. I do appreciate the good food.

The manager Natasha and corporate management team does not value their employees. As an ex assistant manager employee I was sat down and told by Erik the corporate manager that all the employees were lazy, stupid, and replaceable. I loved my crew that I was responsible for and it saddened me to see them and myself treated with such inhumanity and disrespect. Forcing us to clock out at the given time and continue to work off the clock until the job was completed. Forced to clock out for break at midnight and continue closing and doing books. Any future employee beware. This is a dead end street to no where.

I ordered the Wednesday meal and they told me it was 9.95. I paid that amount and they tried to only give me nuggets saying I only ordered that. I got the rest of my order and the fries didn't taste fresh and my frosty looked like it was plain vanilla. The flavoring was all at the bottom.
