Went here for dinner. Drive thru staff was very nice and they got our order correct. Food was good, the drinks tasted as they should unlike other Wendy's I've been to. Can't go wrong with their chicken nuggets!

Although they were having difficulties with product availability, the young man that worked the drive-through window was fantastic. I wish I would’ve caught his name.
Why did the boy taking our order ask us if we were sure we were done ordering when we said we were done? And how are you going to keep asking us if “that was everything” after every item we ordered as well? Is it that hard to give good customer service ESPECIALLY when we were nice?? 🤨 I guess it’s just a fast food thing?
I only 2 combos meals and only 1 was in the bag. I was charged for both meals. Not only that but there were out of most menu items I understand it’s fast food but everyone was rude and unprofessional

It took about 10 minutes per car in the drive thru, but the food tasted fresh when received and the order was correct. However, there was a line of cars out of the parking lot and around the corner by the time we were through. I'm glad we were only 4th in line to start with.

Ordered from the app in the parking lot, walked in, and proceeded to wait for my order. No big deal, BUT TO WAIT 45 MINUTES, that's not right! My husband only had 20 minutes for lunch! Ordered Krabby patty meal, but I did not get it. Ordered a grilled chicken burger and got a crispy one. Ordered 2 jr cheese burger deluxe, got 2 jr bacon cheese burgers. I don't eat pork. The frosty machine wasn't working right. They ran out of pineapple, mango for the frosty, so they were trying to thaw some out. I don't understand how everything in my order got so messed up since it took so long. I could see if they were in a rush, and It got messed up, but 45 minutes is definitely a long time to wait! There was also some sort of incident in the restroom. I think it was a homeless person. I love Wendy's, but this is just unacceptable for "fast" food

Always long lines and long waits. Usually see 2 or 3 staff staring up at screens not doing anything really and when they hand it to you, no eye contact, and just muttering something very low when handing over the food. Food is always good though.
