Service was SLOW. We waited well over twenty minutes to place our order in a near empty dining room, and by the time we did get our breakfasts, our eggs, and toast were cold, and the bacon was lukewarm and undercooked. Do not recommend.
Great place to stop and take a rest
They were busy, not a lot of seating, but the food was good.

I stopped in to the cafe with my husband and two friends today for a meal after ice skating. We walked in and it was empty, which usually isn’t a good sign. However, the service was stellar and the food was delicious and affordable. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend anyone stop here for breakfast especially!

Only place around to get GAS. Coffee's not hateful.

Burger and fries were awesome! Great service, too. Able to fill up with gas here and grab a quick, tasty bite.

A must see on the Kenia, the historical value of the Sunrise Inn is worth the stop, I found it to have a very special place in my heart for the wonderful accommodations , friendly staff, and a overall down home feel. The motel rooms , have a comfortable, country feel about them, the restaurant has awesome food, and the bar takes you back in time , the wood work is unique and beautiful , and this place even has a small campground. the gift shop alone is worth the stop. I always look forward to my next visit to Cooper landing to make more memories at the Sunrise Inn.

It smelled like mold, no greeting when we walked in, even after sitting down. We didn't stay.

I didn’t like the halibut or the burger

Amazing sweets. Bought cookies at 5 different places across Alaska and these were may favorite. Brownies and rice crispy treats are killer.

Wish we'd booked a room! The cafe is just what you'd imagine an Alaska cafe to be; quaint, cozy, and friendly, with great food, and blueberry pie that's worth the trip North to Alaska!!
Food and drinks: Great wild country food; burgers, blueberry pie and outstanding coffee!
