The food at the Sunrise was very good and serving sizes were big. Service and atmosphere were good. The prices were a little steep.

Was hopeful that this place would improve when Buckets took over. Buckets in Soldotna is very good. Service terrible. Food awful. Fries were cold. Sweet potato fries were burned and also cold. No follow up for coffee warm ups. We ordered chicken fingers but server said he didn't recommend them so we ordered a chicken sandwich which was nothing more than 2 of the chicken fingers between 2 slices of bread. The location is good but that's it. Next time we will definitely go back to the brewery.

My review is just about the food nothing else. The double bacon cheese burger is absolutely amazing. My top 3 burger ever. And i have eaten many burgers in my life. Highly recommend the spot for the burger. Service wasn't that bad, I definitely have had worse but don't let that discourage you. Can't wait till next time im up there to try more of the food here

Very nice cozy little Lodge with a diner and Bar. I will say this if you are in room one like I was last night, I guess if it's fishing season the bar is going to be packed and keep you up till around 3 a.m. I'd honestly love to ask for a refund on my room but I can't figure out who even owns it or who even to email

The only reason they got 2 stars is the service from the housekeeper Kaylee. She was very kind and made sure we had everything. The restaurant is very understaffed, and the woman working was very rude and not polite at all. Rooms were very clean and outdated as tue whole place is. Stay if you have no other option.

Give this place a try. You might like it. We did. Not bad. A bit unprofessional, but suits the area and the vibe is decent. Definitely biased against Travellers which is not a good strategy. But I get it to some degree. Need to step up the TLC. But close to 5 stars!
