“Very good meal in an attractive setting. Setting inside and outside with a river and canyon view. My husband enjoyed his hamburger with fries and I had a salad. We both drank water. Our bill was about $47 and added a tip.”

“The food was amazing! We were only in for one night, so we only got to try two meals, but both were fantastic. Drunken noodles with chicken and a red curry with shrimp. Both meals were made quick and retained heat on the walk back to our room. 10 out of 10 would eat there again.”

“We had such a wonderful experience at Prey Pub & Eatery during our visit to Denali. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made with local ingredients that gave everything a true taste of Alaska. It was a creative menu without being overdone, and every dish we ordered was delicious.

Our waitress, Chelle, was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She also mixed one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve had on our trip!

What really made this place stand out, though, was the kindness of the staff beyond the restaurant. I wasn’t feeling well and stopped into the Denali Cabins General Store hoping to find some stomach medicine. They didn’t have exactly what I needed, but Liv and Mama Liz went above and beyond trying to help me find something that would work. That level of genuine care is something you don’t forget.

Great food is easy to recommend, but great people are what make a place special. Thank you to Chelle, Liv, and Mama Liz for taking such good care of us. We would happily return the next time we’re in Denali.”

“After eating here, chef Roseangelica, Yanitsa, Ivan, and Olivia, all servers extraordinaire, received a standing ovation from myself and my wife at the chef's table after our service both nights we were there. I could bore you about how we formed a relationship. But we did form that relationship because of their expertise in handling multiple tables in n multiple nights for a long period of time. I can show you pictures of food I can show you pictures of tables or layouts of the restaurant. But as always, it's the personal relationships that you form when you eat out. I don't believe I've ever had a night like this in my life let alone two in a row. Served to perfection by the totality of the staff executing the perfect performance of Of A culinary ballet.
