The last two times I went to Carl’s Jr they screwed up both orders. The first time we got the el Diablo burger and they forgot the jalapeño poppers and maybe after 20 minutes of waiting the food was lukewarm. The second we got a guacamole bacon burger with a sourdough bun. And the first time it was lettuce wrapped so I went back and bought another one this time it was the complete wrong sandwich. Staff were nice but there needs to be some quality control.

I was taken aback at how GREAT the customer service was during a busy lunch rush. Even though things were moving slow with a cashier trainee, customers and workers alike remained cheerful and accommodating. Not sure what management was doing on the afternoon of sept 29th but whatever it was it was working! Keep it up!

They gave us cold hard fries and luke warm burgers, the cheese wasn’t even melted.. No thx and never again!. The manager did upgrade our fries from a med to a large after we waited for a fresh batch.to finish. What happened to Carls Jr? It used to be the place to go for a quality burger. Not any more. No wonder they’re closing restaurants left and right.

So my service here is always great, the food is okay but my only issue is that the burgers are always extremely messy, sauce and toppings everywhere but the burger. How do you get the sauce in the top of the burger??? 😭

Pulled up in the drive-through. One person at the window before me. We were told to hold on and they’ll be right with us. More than 10 minutes later I started getting upset and asked if they were still there. Again, he said he will be right with me. Finally got pissed off. I started pulling away and he said can I help you? I left. Orders in the past the burgers are really greasy and the fries have been old.
After a few months, I thought I would give him a second chance and swung by to get dinner on my way out to the valley. Showed up at 9:45 and they were closed. Gordon hours of operation they close at 10 PM.

The food is always fresh and hot, so at times there can be a little bit of a wait, but it's worth it. The meat doesn't taste fake and the smell of it doesn't make you feel sick. The prices are reasonable. The staff members are very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Their ice cream cones/cups are no more than $1 each, and there's 4 different flavors to choose from. The choices are strawberry, vanilla, chocolate, and one of my favorites... cookies 'n' cream! The flavors and prices are much better than McDonald's and Burger King! They are not stingy with their scoops either, like at many other places.

4 cars in the drive thru 35 minute wait, finally the guy came to the window with a whole attitude and slammed the window. I sat there waiting cause they didn't give the drink, mumbles something about "sorry for the wait", when I pull off and the order is cold and wrong. its 7:00pm on a Saturday, barely anyone is coming through the line. I used to work at this same store years ago, it was never that bad
