Overall, it was fine but nothing to brag about. When I walked in, there were three people working the room. I like sitting at bars because everything you need is there and I never need to find a waitress. The two bar tenders were rather rude. It was an active night, but this, the place is a chil spot, without children. One of them glanced at me and gave me a nonchalant "hello," kinda ignored the room, as though she really didn't care. The other one clearly did most of the work and didn't have time to acknowledge anybody. However, another young lady actively engaged me and asked me for my order. She recommended a great Moscato, which I forgot the name of. Anyway, my date showed up, and we dined. The food was decent. And my date and I talked for hours. Even at closing time, we didn't feel rushed. That young lady was awesome. I'll go only if she's there.

I have been to corks and hops many times for dates and also for a nice a relaxing fun times with friends. This is a place that you want to go with you want to relax with your spouse or good friends, enjoy great food, deserts etc…The atmosphere here is the best in Eagle River in my opinion. The decor of how the bar and wine is displayed and the rustic feel is always a breathe of fresh air! I’ve had multiple entrees and deserts and all of them are great! If I had to suggest something it would be the Pizzia. I’m normally a beer guy and don’t get me wrong their beers are great but I love the pairings that you can make with the vast red wine menu! Deserts are great and I’d recommend this place of course for birthday’s. Cheers from me to you!

Came for the Anniversary special and wine pairing...oh dang! It rocked! From beginning to end, it met and exceeded expectations. We WILL make the drive back out for this restaurant.

Tried the fig pizza and a cheese board. The pizza flavors sounded great but didn't work for me. The cheese board ingredients and lots of wines seem like they came from Costco which is fine but I was expecting a different experience. The ambiance isn't great, very loud, cold, no music, could use a deep clean.

We went for the first time for our anniversary last night. Wasn't terribly busy but service was a tad slow, although the server was polite and friendly. Beer was great! Get the cream Porter! I loved my 45 day dry aged ribeye, but the veggies were cold. My wife loved her filet mignon but the bernaise sauce was overwhelming so get it on the side. The dessert and charcuterie board were good. Overall, a lil pricey but what isn't these days. I'll definitely eat here again.

Easily the best place in Eagle River to head to if you’re looking for something classy and elevated that still feels down-to-earth and well-loved, without any of the high-falutin’ pretentiousness that often seems to hang around winebars. The place is always home to return customers; there seem to be regulars chatting casually with the waitstaff at the bar every time I come. The waitstaff itself is great, professional but friendly, and they remember you if you’ve come in the past. Ashley and Makayla are fantastic servers, Grace and Nate are competent and knowledgeable bartenders. The food is excellent; unique pizzas, delicious salads, a transcendent charcuterie board. I highly recommend this place, there’s genuinely nothing else like it in Eagle River.

This place is decent, but could really be so much better. I think it does well because Eagle River is so hard up for restaurants. It’s pretty overpriced, the server we had was not friendly in the least and she actually seemed very annoyed that we came in with a 2 year old and didn’t even try to hide it. My husband realllly loved the burger, so bonus points for that. The chicken pasta was good also. We’re debating whether or not to return due to the service. This was in July, and our server was blonde. There are so many good restaurants in Anchorage that it’s hard to justify spending the money locally here when we can just drive in and get good food and wayyyyy better service at the same (or better) price.

My home away from home. The staff is wonderful and always greet me by my nickname, Bruno. The food is great. The owner, Jason, is always coming up with new and inventive dishes (you have to try the Portabello Mushroom Puff Pastries). I have noticed that a lot of the customers are regulars, and everyone appears to be having a great time while there. Best casual fine dining restaurant in Eagle River!

Stopped in for appetizer and drinks - wine and beer lists are solid which was nice for a place in Eagle River. Decor and vibe of the space are very at odds - looks like standard wine bar decor but the music was more like a club scene; strange for a place that closes promptly at 10 pm on a Saturday. When I say prompt I mean in it - the waitstaff was removing our plates before we had finished, (nearly knocking over my wine glass in the process) and they were shuffling furniture around and mopping floors as customers finished their drinks. The charcuterie board contains no actual charcuterie and should be relabeled as a fruit and cheese platter (fruit and cheese are fine of course, but charcuterie it is not). The “house-made bread” served alongside tasted reminiscent of grocery store take & bake variety and was sliced way too thick for use with cheeses and fruit spreads. Had high hopes and really believe this place has a lot of missed potential. Won’t likely return.
