I've had a couple of less than ideal experiences in a row. This last one was an app order I placed for a tuna bowl I placed the order at 10:25 and was given a 10:43 pick up time. When I arrived at the pick up time I was informed they hadn't started the order and it would be further delayed because they were out of Tuna. Eventually they did offer a refund. I'm not likely to visit this location again.

Came in right after opening. The music was so loud and they certainly didn't bother turning it down. 6 team members walked by my without acknowledging me as a customer. I stood there for 5 minutes before a girl asked me if I'd like to order.....obviously. I had to tell her what I wanted twice and yell my name 3 times, because of the deafening music. Really love their food, but this was ridiculous. Might want to take a look at management.
Coworker and I just happened to see they were open, and were pondering were to have lunch. It turned out great since neither of us ate here. Bought the regular chicken bacon Ranch 9$, regularly Mike's Philly 9$, and the Large Club20$. Overall, I loved the Ranch on the chicken bacon Ranch. Wow, amazing. I also tried Philly. The Philly had a burst of sweet pepper flavor I enjoyed. Both were heated. And both were great for being different. I would get the chicken bacon ranch again. The Philly was just ok. Personally straight outta Philly and even Wings and Things has better Phillies. Coworker had the Club. He said it was good and only ate half. So, with all that, it was great to try something different. Greetings from the staff and great atmosphere made it more enjoyable. This was at lunch. We sat down and could talk even though it was busy. They had music playing too but not too loud. It was a pleasant suprise. Not sure the size of the sandwiches were worth the price. They could have loaded them up more. But all in all maybe it was just slightly more. I believe it was 5$ for chips and drinks. To me, that was very high.
So I kept trying. I've ordered probably 15 sandwiches since opening 2 two have been right some are totally wrong, wrong meat everthing. Last night again ordered big kahuna no jalapeño. Said 3 times no jalapeño got home you guessed it jalapeño everywhere. It doesn't matter if it's counter or web order..the quality control is not there..

Stale regular bread each time.

Very scripted chitchat.
Employees following corporate rule and engaging customers in conversations. Doesn't come across as sincere or genuine and is more canned or scripted. Employees appeared to feel uncomfortable as most of them are mumbling or talking very low, making the conversation difficult.
Each employee asking the same questions.
I appreciate and understand the importance of engaging the customer, but it should come across as more natural and sincere from the employee.
A+ for the effort but the delivery needs help.
Overall good sandwich and experience.
Went into the store to order 4 sandwiches. 3 out of 4 came home wrong. They were busy yes but couldn’t follow written instructions on how we wanted our sandwiches. I highly advise looking at your order before you leave the store to double check. This has happened twice now our order was wrong when we asked for stuff. Asked for lettuce got no lettuce, asked for jalapeños for no jalapeño. My kid even wanted mayo on her sandwich and they didn’t even get that correct. They have gone down hill in the last 2 months.
Lol don’t pay for extra meat. This is extra meat on the club according to the manager

I've been here at least three 3x. I ordered online each time, and the food was ready at or close to time website said. Sometimes the bread is a bit soggy, but I figure if I ate it there fresh, it would be bomb. I love the jersey favorite. My husband has tried a few others.
Really good customer service here. Very nice employees. However, I was absolutely disgusted to see that every type of meat served is sliced on the same meat slicer with no cleaning or wiping down in between meats. I watched three different meats be cut one after another with nothing done to clean the slicer in between. I understand that would be quite a bit of work, but maybe having a slicer for poultry and one for others would work better. I personally don’t eat pork, and didn’t know this was how they did things here, but it totally changes the game for me. I cannot eat something that has been compromised with other meats. I probably won’t come back due to this, unfortunately.
I have been to this jersey mike's location once in person and ordered online 3 times. The one in person visit went well with the exception of the 40min wait in line. Every single online order has been incorrect. The most recent visit not only was the order made wrong they didn't start making it until 20min after it was supposed to be ready. This location is the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to.
Update: just tried them again. Ordered on line when the order wasn't ready on time and there were still 7 online orders ahead of me before they were going to make it and the 3 people that came in and ordered in person got their food before they started mine I canceled the order. I will NEVER come to this location again!
