This location is great. I usually order online for pick up sandwiches are always correctly made and ready when they are supposed to be. Staff is friendly

Love the food, but those poor workers looked like frozen ice pops. Should really either turn the heat up for them, get them jackets, or even a space heater. They looked sooo cold.

I guess the kids that run this place just close up shop whenever they feel like it, regardless of what the hours are listed as. Pretty lame.

Sandwiches are average, but the timely service was atrocious for online orders. They ran out of bread. I got a phone call to come in 20 min later than the original time. Showed up and spent an additional 25 min on top of that watching them make sandwiches for anyone walked in the door rather than complete the online orders.

Update: Went back on December 8th around 6:45 pm and they were out of bread! None! Drove to Subaway and purchased a footlong steak and cheese for w fraction of the price. Jersey Mike's taste better when the have bread and make it correctly but lately that hasn't been the case. .

Been visiting this place since it opened but haven't been back in a while. Got a sandwich today that looks like a subway sandwich. No meat.

I had a very bad experience at this location and felt the need to share it. I came in to order a mini number 7 and a regular 99. When I asked for the 99, the orange haired young lady taking my order seemed confused. I explained that it was a combination of the 56 and the 43 and that you added them together. She looked at me and said “you just need to pick one”. I told her that a number 99 is a thing in the Jersey Mike’s community. She said “well it is not here”. I told her that they usually ring it up as a 56 because it is more expensive and that I have been to several Jersey Mike’s across the country without ever having this issue.

The problem was not that she did not know what a 99 was. The problem was the attitude. She treated me like I was a problem for asking and her tone felt rude and careless. I have been in Alaska for just over a month due to military reassignment and this was the first bad restaurant experience I have had here. This was also the worst experience I have ever had at any Jersey Mike’s.

Two weeks earlier my wife and I went to the Anchorage location and they knew what a 99 was and had great customer service. That made this visit feel even worse. After writing down my order, I asked the orange haired lady politely if she was new here. She rolled her eyes, walked off, and stopped serving customers after that.

I then went to the front to get my wife’s number 7 made. The taller white guy with brown longer hair looked confused when I told him what we needed. He told us we would have to wait until he was ready. I said OK, but he just walked around like he did not know what to do. After about five minutes he came back and said “hey we are ready to make your sandwich”. He made two sandwiches for other people behind me first before helping us.

I have been to Jersey Mike’s in seven states and two countries and have never had service this bad. This location needs customer service training, along with some attitude and professionalism checks. I hope the management takes this seriously because this visit left a very bad impression.

This was my first time going to Jersey Mikes. I expected the mid, dry, unfriendly Subway experience. This Jersey Mike well exceeded my expectations. The staff are phenomenal. Serenity is the sweetest! She leads the team like a boss. Don’t even get me started on the sandwich. I could tell it was handcrafted with care. Thank you for being the best part of my day, today, tomorrow, and everyday.

Always stupid loud music thats super inappropriate for a place of business. They also set the new slow workers to work the rush time with 0 help. Something is always wrong with our order. Get rid of slow bad workers and pay the actual good nice people more. Would rather drive into Anchorage than come to this one closer yo my home. Ridiculous honestly

I've had a couple of less than ideal experiences in a row. This last one was an app order I placed for a tuna bowl I placed the order at 10:25 and was given a 10:43 pick up time. When I arrived at the pick up time I was informed they hadn't started the order and it would be further delayed because they were out of Tuna. Eventually they did offer a refund. I'm not likely to visit this location again.

Came in right after opening. The music was so loud and they certainly didn't bother turning it down. 6 team members walked by my without acknowledging me as a customer. I stood there for 5 minutes before a girl asked me if I'd like to order.....obviously. I had to tell her what I wanted twice and yell my name 3 times, because of the deafening music. Really love their food, but this was ridiculous. Might want to take a look at management.

Coworker and I just happened to see they were open, and were pondering were to have lunch. It turned out great since neither of us ate here. Bought the regular chicken bacon Ranch 9$, regularly Mike's Philly 9$, and the Large Club20$. Overall, I loved the Ranch on the chicken bacon Ranch. Wow, amazing. I also tried Philly. The Philly had a burst of sweet pepper flavor I enjoyed. Both were heated. And both were great for being different. I would get the chicken bacon ranch again. The Philly was just ok. Personally straight outta Philly and even Wings and Things has better Phillies. Coworker had the Club. He said it was good and only ate half. So, with all that, it was great to try something different. Greetings from the staff and great atmosphere made it more enjoyable. This was at lunch. We sat down and could talk even though it was busy. They had music playing too but not too loud. It was a pleasant suprise. Not sure the size of the sandwiches were worth the price. They could have loaded them up more. But all in all maybe it was just slightly more. I believe it was 5$ for chips and drinks. To me, that was very high.

So I kept trying. I've ordered probably 15 sandwiches since opening 2 two have been right some are totally wrong, wrong meat everthing. Last night again ordered big kahuna no jalapeño. Said 3 times no jalapeño got home you guessed it jalapeño everywhere. It doesn't matter if it's counter or web order..the quality control is not there..

Third trip in two weeks
Stale regular bread each time.
When first opened bread was fresh.
