This is one of my in-laws' favorite Asian restaurants in the area. We had an early dinner here. Their menu has a wide variety of Asian foods. I ordered the General Thai Chicken extra spicy, and my husband ordered the sesame chicken. My chicken was every so lightly breaded, just perfect, and the spice level was just right. My husband's dish was good also! We definitely also enjoy coming here when in town.

I have always loved this place but now there's new owners and it's going downhill. the items I've ordered are all missing ingredients that the menu said it would have. basic ingredients any sushi place should have at all times. and the sizes have shrunk a lot too. for how expensive some of the items are, I'd like to not be disappointed with everything. I hope they begin to improve because this has always been one of my favorite places to go

This used to be my favorite place to eat in Eagle River. They recently changed the menu and the staff. They removed all of my favorite entrees. The staff seems to be completely lost and overwhelmed.

The restaurant always smells like cleaning products and the food always tastes like it's made with soapy water. I keep trying them and it's the same issue every time which is a shame.

Business is under new management and unfortunately you can tell. The food is NOTHING like the previous owner my family and I grew to love. Food was greasy, salty and generally nasty. I'll give them a few more months to adjust but I'm not entirely hopeful they'll be up to par.

Been a patron here for years. Quality of food has gone down hill. Came in today, and the host was no where around. Waited for 10 minutes at the door and there was nobody around to sit me. It was the most disappointing visit I ever had here. Whoever took over management is not doing a good job. It looks like they haven't discovered Google reviews yet either. I will give them a chance to turn this around. But right now would not recommend.

Nothing says fine dining like getting the bill almost at the same time food is delivered. Quality of service and food has gone down under new ownership. Wasn’t even offered a cup of tea. Food and service both in decline.

Do not order takeout from Kim’s. Service is terrible. They cannot figure out correct time. I waited in my car for an hour and they kept telling me 10-15 minutes more, sorry we are so busy. On top of that when I finally got my food, it was not even hot .Other people waiting for takeout had the same issue and to re-order only to wait longer. Terrible.

Oh my! What can I say about this place.. the wonderful staff is great and the food is always consistently good! Tonight I had the crazy monkey sushi roll and boy oh boy when I say delicious 😋

'Yakisoba(wenn man das so nennen darf. Es war keine Yakisoba-Nudeln)' hatte gebrochene(!!!) Metallstücke drin. Habe das Restaurant sofort verständigt, es wurde versprochen dass man den Gesamtbetrag zurückerstattet bekommt, bis Heute keine Rückmeldung.
A cheap Chinese restaurant of unknown nationality run by a Korean. I was upset because a wire came out while eating, so I called and they said they would refund me. So far, there has been no apology, let alone a refund haha. Korean Americans are cheap, but the grasshopper business doesn't stop here. If the money doesn't arrive by tomorrow, I'll report it. I don't live in the U.S. and I live in Germany, so there's nothing to worry about. Owner, if you read this, please contact me right away. I paid 100 dollars for 4 people and the food was so bad hahaha.
Found METAL STRING CUTS in my food. Never got my money back. Not authentic foods, not even worth to call it 'fusion'. Yakisoba is just a sad joke. Tonkatsu is just trash. Even my dog ​​wouldn't eat it.

Found a piece of metal???? In my boyfriends food after bringing food back home. We called and they said they'd credit back the cost, but they never did. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. How does metal even get in a noodle dish??? Suspicious food preparation conditions and they lied about returning money. The other meals weren't good either. Katsudon was tough and cold. Tempura was soggy. Don't recommend under any circumstances.
