I waited 40 minutes for my food to be cooked and when it was done they put it in boxes and left it on the counter while helping other customers and my food went cold and shockingly gummy. When I got home it was inedible. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!

Make sure you take the time to check your order once you get your food. Just waited 10min for green bean chicken since it’s never ready. Ordered (2) 2 entrees, one orange chicken and green bean chicken, and the other green bean and teriyaki chicken. I ended up getting one teriyaki and beef and the other was only one entree of green bean chicken. How do you screw that up so bad!?

The last 3 times I have come here I order a plate with 3 entrees- and I’m upcharged for premium items, and they left out one of the items each time. I’m charged for this. These are drive through orders. Instead of coming back to reconcile the issue when they realize an item is out of stock or no longer available, they charge you anyways and just push it through the window hoping you won’t write the review, call, come back to get your money back. Three times in a row. This occurs with side orders as well- they just replace them with whatever they want instead of telling you at the window that they don’t have what you ordered. Integrity is important. The employees don’t care, and management doesn’t make it clear enough to them how important it is to do your job in a way that promotes the business. No repercussions. I won’t come here again and will tell anyone when it comes up- STAY AWAY from this location.

It was ok, the food was very Bland. Not how I remember panda tasting. I got a plate with Honey walnut shrimp, which was soggy, no taste. The rice was super bland also. It was like the food was old. Didn't enjoy it at all.They give you 7 shrimp per serving. If you want more you'd have to pay a Second serving. Pretty ridiculous.Paid about 60 for 3 plates and 2 orders of wonton. Not worth it.

ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS we have gone to Panda to eat in. We get there and a note on door says they are closed for in store dining. This is ridiculous. Real tired of drive thru Chinese food. Unacceptable.

I wanted to visit my grad daughter Matty that works at this restaurant I’ve never ordered from this restaurant! So did order a meal for my supper tonight and I have to say it is the best food I’ve ever eaten!! I will definitely order again
