ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS we have gone to Panda to eat in. We get there and a note on door says they are closed for in store dining. This is ridiculous. Real tired of drive thru Chinese food. Unacceptable.

So did order a meal for my supper tonight and I have to say it is the best food I’ve ever eaten!! The food is pretty good when they have it most of the time they were out of many choices or they run out while you're in the line. The workers are very uncordial for the most part I've been here five times and I've had bad Luck five times I will not be backMost of my friends and family have warned me not to go here. My fellow coworkers don't go here anymore either for the same reason one of my friends came in with me the other day, and when the next woman said, can I help you, I said, my friend is next she said no I will help your friend as soon as I am done by the time my friend could do their order they were out of what they had wish to order, because the big party behind took the food. All because the Worker was treating our party unfair very disturbing. Yeah, we will not be back. I would hope that the workers in the future will be trained better

I ordered a Panda Cub Meal through the mobile app and it was ready in a timely manner. I went inside to pick up the order and my food was hot and fresh and the establishment was very clean. Excellent customer service, too.

I was about halfway through my food and bit down on something rubbery. Yup. My chicken was completely raw. I called in to the store to let them know and they said everything was precooked so it was not an issue with their kitchen. Completely threw me off from eating the rest of my food. :/

They were close to closing and didn't want to make anything other than what they already had cooked which is somewhat understandable but they also acted annoyed and unfriendly then when we were given the food it almost fell because the person who handed it to me basically threw ut into my hands the other panda expresses in the area have been very nice and respectful places this one seems like they mess up alot of orders and only cares about when there work day ends

Please bring back the Beyond Orange Chicken ?? Unless they roll out another vegan option there is nothing for me to eat here, so I won't be able to be a customer anymore.

Myself and my three children were here for dinner yesterday. We have been in a rush all day and had no time to cook. We all ate including the 7 month old. We all have been puking and other gross stomach issues all night and morning and today. Guessing we got some food poisoning. My poor babies are sick from eating just the fried rice and a few bites of teriyaki chicken. I promise you we will never eat here again! Wish I took a picture of the food. It must have been sitting all day without being tossed out or remade. It was slop so only I ate that while the kids had fried rice and teriyaki chicken.

Don’t bother coming after 7 PM. Post Covid, they decided to stop making food after seven and will only make certain entrées or tell you you have to wait 20 minutes. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but in the last two months every time I’ve tried to go after seven, i’ve been told they have stopped making food.
