The pizza is great and the service is fast. They advertise thin crust and gluten free, build your own pizza to your desire. But when you place your order, they will only do thin crust on large size only.

When Papa John Schnatter started this company, this location was the type of franchise he dreamed about. The pizza and staff were both stellar and this definitely will not be our first visit to this little spot in Eagle River. Whoever was working Sunday night, the 2nd of June, deserves a high five and a raise. Speedy, efficient, and courteous.Thank you for making pizza and movie night that much better!
Hungry for a late night delivery? This ginger fellow delivers your pizza. I swear to god he's the pizza angel of death, he's delivered my pizza 9 times now. Pizza gets better every time. I love this guy!

Got off a long day at work - Went to order a pizza and the new Oreo bites for my sick roommate and I. I used delivery because we are both under the weather. Which was an additional $10 onto the original price (after dropped $30 already on a dang pizza and desert). We get our food and go to eat the Oreos after the pizza to find a lovely little note that says “Out of icing SORRY.” So, I am left with bread and crackers for desert. I called the store. After being on hold for 5 minutes - I had the privilege of speaking to the manager. I expressed my frustrations and he made an excuse about being out of ingredients. He didn’t offer to compensate me for the half a product or an alternative desert. I had to ask him. Then reluctantly, he said yes. After finding out it’s a 30 minute round trip adventure to the Papa John’s - I decided to just say screw it, because I am sick (whole reason I paid $10 for delivery) and staid home. Extremely disappointed and definitely won’t be buying from this location again.
