I made an online order to pick up at 8:45 PM (they close at 9pm) at 6:25 PM for two pizzas. I get a call at 8:30 PM from one of the employees asking me if I’m still coming to pick it up and was being very rude to me. I explained that I put on my order that I’ll be picking it up at 8:45 and that’s what I put on my order. She rudely says they made it hours ago and I should make it for pickup around 8:15 because they’re doing all their closing duties between then and 9pm. I’ve always loved papa Murphy’s pizza, but boy the customer service is horrible here since the new management. Please train your staff that if closing time is at 9, you’re open until 9. Not advertising 9 and being rude to customers that make pickups at 8:45 more than 2 hours in advance.

I thought this location in Eagle River would be better under new management but it's not. I tried to use myRewards coupon and it would not take so I talked to the manager and they said it was my fault it would not work on the website... Nice... On top of paying extra for topping and not getting what was ordered, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and each time has been much slower than anticipated. First time I was told 20 mins, and had to wait an extra 15. Second time I ordered ahead and gave them an extra 10 mins- I had to wait an extra 25 mins before pizza was ready and ended up exchanging monkey bread for cheese bread because they ran out. Here we are on the third time, hoping it would be a better experience because the pizza is still good. Ordered, was told 25 mins, so went grocery shopping next door. 40 mins later and I'm being told 5 more mins except now it's been almost 20 at the time of writing this. The quality is good, but they REALLY need to work on expectation management for what the wait times actually are.

i love papa murphy’s— but a few days ago i came to pick up my online order, and the workers made me sad. they were pretty rude for the 10 seconds i was in their store. apparently eye contact and smiling are things of the past. nevertheless, the pizza is good— hence the two stars rather then none.

The online service has been discontinued. They will not answer their phone. In person orders are met with indifference by the new manager. We were told they won’t honor any specials and if we don’t like it we can go to Debarr or Wasilla. Not a place I will return to.

The pizza is great everytime I take one home. I had their "Papa Murphys favorite" and it was like a Supreme pizza, I usually don't like those because it seems like the dough in the middle never gets completely done and crispy, well that pizza turned out perfect! Good prep work makes a great pizza!

Mothers Day (5/8/2022) went in 20 minutes before posted and advertised closing time and the proclaimed manager told me they are closed and that I couldn’t order. My husband went in to ask what the deal was when the open sign is on and they don’t close for 20 minutes, he said that he hadn’t had an order in 2 hours.
This place is a cluster F$&@!!! I don’t know why I keep going back!?!? I guess I keep thinking it will be different, but it’s always the same. They alway mess up the order, place is always dirty, nothing is ever ready within the 30 min they say it is, and honestly, the pizza at this location is disappointing. I’ve been to many different locations all over but this one is just bad. Service is bad, store is dirty and staff is way undertrained. This WILL be my last time this location gets my money!!! Done!!!

The last few times haven't been as good as in the past. Long wait times on orders. Mixed up orders. The ingredients aren't as flavorful. I hope thos is just a pandemic problem that corrects itself soon.

They lost my online order, a pizza and 2 salads. I had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot for them to get it ready. Not until after the wait they informed me that the lettuce wasn't defrosted so they couldn't provide me with my two salads. They offered me healthy alternative though... s'mores bars. With pizza already in hand I had no choice but to accept, I was ready to go home. In total I spent $16 on two salads, $23 on a specialty pizza, plus I tipped 25%, so 48.75$. The s'mores bars online are only $6. I drove home feeling completely ripped off.

Best pizza in anchorage hands down Love it
