I saw a “next-level snacking” sign at the door from outside this store, advertising churros for $2.00 and went in to order one. I paid for it and walked out the door, then realized I’d been charged $2.99. I immediately went back in and asked for a $1 refund. They said they couldn’t do that, that only the manager could authorize that and he wasn’t there. I asked them repeatedly to call the manager and one of them dialed his phone and told me he couldn’t reach him. I don’t know if he actually called the manager. They said I’d have to come back tomorrow.
The staff were extremely rude, one young woman telling me “what’s the big deal? It’s only a dollar.“
When I returned again to get a duplicate receipt—I hadn’t bothered with one the first time—and again asked for some consideration, the cashier said he’d have to ask me to leave the store, that I was “impeding the line.” The “line” consisted of one person who was nowhere near checking out.
I’m 82 years old and I don’t believe I presented any kind of physical threat to the staff. Nor do I believe I should have been treated without any courtesy.
At least they turned the sign around so that the $2 side was facing into the store.

The girls at Subway greet you with a smile, the bathroom was clean, and after doing some studying on food I found out that they do not have the forever chemicals in their food like other fast food companies. They also pretty and they act like they care. That's hard to find nowadays

Decent subway but be careful ordering pickup or delivery they have forgotten my drink and chips twice. The manager even treated me like I was stealing when I went back in to get my missing items.

My Granddaughter wanted to go by subway.
I hadn’t gone in years
$6.49 for a six inch sub.
Not much ham and a little sprinkle of cheese.
The 12” BMT almost $13.
What a joke.
Flat and tasteless as I remembered.
They don’t do discounts at this location.
Won’t be going back anytime soon I’ll try them maybe again in another 4 years when a footlong will be $24.99 for a footlong.
I Can make her a more healthier sandwich for half the price.
She couldn’t stomach the rest.
I warned her.
Even the dog turned her head away and didn’t want it.

I used to enjoy coming to eat here with my family or husband but lately the employees have been rude at times i ordered a sandwich and the woman messed it up and got upset with me for it I should have just left it to her and walked out horrible experience. Sad how bad customer service has got these days.

Upcharge for salads but then the salad bowl isn't even half full. Get salad and protein bowls all the time, this is the only location that constantly gives you tiny portions.

We no longer eat here because they stopped participating in franchise deals/offers on the Subway app. If you can get a decent deal, Subway can be worth it. When you can’t, you should very much go across the way to Jersey Mike’s and get a significantly better sub. Until they start accepting mobile app deals again, we will be eating at Jersey Mike’s exclusively for subs.
I like subway for the most part. I’ve had two times where I’ve found plastic in my sub. It kinda made me anxious because it could’ve been my kids eating it.

Always the friendliest and fastest service everytime I go here!!
I used to love Subway but this place has gone down hill unfortunately. The last couple times I’ve gone in the sandwiches have been sloppy and when we’ve done pick-up through the app it’s even worse. We ordered double meat last time for pickup and this was not done. Of course we didn’t realize until we got home 🤦♀️ with the price increases these days I’d expect quality to increase as well (or at least be decent) but this place keeps falling short. Bummer!

Holy, not sure what happened but the store is so clown driven and watching them slowly make orders while pausing many times just to chat with other employees is insane, my orders are always late to be made while I order online and have to stare them down just to get them to ask me for something

I used to love grabbing a bite from this location, but apparently it's impossible for them to make an online order correctly. Even though every detail of the order is clearly displayed on the ticket, they have put the wrong meat and veggies on my sandwich five times in a row. Once or twice, I can understand. Five times though? That's just bonkers. Officially switching over to Jersey Mike's.
