I used to love Subway but this place has gone down hill unfortunately. The last couple times I’ve gone in the sandwiches have been sloppy and when we’ve done pick-up through the app it’s even worse. We ordered double meat last time for pickup and this was not done. Of course we didn’t realize until we got home 🤦‍♀️ with the price increases these days I’d expect quality to increase as well (or at least be decent) but this place keeps falling short. Bummer!

Holy, not sure what happened but the store is so clown driven and watching them slowly make orders while pausing many times just to chat with other employees is insane, my orders are always late to be made while I order online and have to stare them down just to get them to ask me for something

I used to love grabbing a bite from this location, but apparently it's impossible for them to make an online order correctly. Even though every detail of the order is clearly displayed on the ticket, they have put the wrong meat and veggies on my sandwich five times in a row. Once or twice, I can understand. Five times though? That's just bonkers. Officially switching over to Jersey Mike's.

Guy working here is super nice, friendly, and seems to have strong work ethic. Turkey sub was full of meat, and made well, unlike some of the subways in anchorage.

1-29-2024 @ 8:15pm. Sooooo stingy on toppings! Ordered chicken and the girl scooped out 3/4 scoop and then put only half on the sandwich and dumped the rest back into the container. Seriously skimpy on the vegetables.You would think, with Jersey Mike’s opening next door, you would put at least the expected toppings on the sandwich. Very disappointed.

Ordered “more” mayo on a simple foot long BLT and received this. The sandwich was literally a soup of mayo and mustard on soggy bread. Yum!

Tried stopping in there and it was 8:06 sign indicated they closed at 9 but the doors were locked and the employees just looked at us and pointed at the open sign that was off. Then she said we closed early and went back to sweeping. Can’t wait for jersey mikes to open in Eagle

Stopped in earlier today at about 1pm. One lady in front of me with two kids meals. Two gents behind me & my partnerAn older employ (Josie/Jody) with some box braids was horrible. Not sure if she was stoned or what. But the younger employee was trying to make 5 sandwiches alone while directing Josie on how to fix whatever she messed up on the register. After 4 times of telling her how to fix the problem she had to take over.{It was a two kid meals} And told her to take care of veggies on the sandwiches.(Josie chick with braids)then continued to try MICROMANAGE the younger employee on the register order even though she obviously didn’t know what she was doing since she already spent 10 minutes on a two kid meal order ?‍♀️She then finially focused on asking me what veggies I wanted(spinach, olives, pickles) had to repeat olives 3x.Then she continued to almost drop my sandwich on the floor while trying to wrap it, then ripped the wrapping twice having to re-wrap it.Meanwhile younger employee had checked out lady with two kids meals, my partner (3sandwiches), and also got the two gentlemen behind us their sandwiches finished up.So all Josie accomplished was too put 3types of veggies on one sandwich and wrap it. ?‍♀️?‍♀️We were there a total of 22 minutesJosie: Zero ⭐️sYounger highschool Employ: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So disappointed. At 5:00pm I ordered an unsweetened ice tea. It was empty so I asked if they could make another batch. I was told that they only make tea once a day and it would not be possible to make some more. Now I have been there a few times and they just make some tea and life is good but this young lady was adamant that she was not going to make that tea. She even called her manager on the phone to explain this ridiculous policy. First of all I didn’t want to talk to a manager to explain why your so cheap you won’t make a pot of tea. As a customer I just want to order my food and get out as fast as I can. My suggestion to Subway is if someone requests some tea at 5pm and you don’t close until 9, just make the tea already!!! Some of us are diabetic and can’t have all the sugar from the soda machine. Just be happy. I’m not calling Americans with disabilities act to complain to them. Next time I’ll just drive to Anchorage.
