Service was pretty slow, almost 18 minutes from time of order until the food came out. Had to ask for the frozen drink 2x after the food came out. Floor and tables very dirty and trash just scattered around.

I can’t even remember how many times I have came here and the doors are all just locked for no reason. No sign. Closed three hours early today. Terrible dang service. This place needs new management for sure - at an absolute minimum.

We ordered a lot and everything was cold! At first we were missing a quesadilla, the lady said to look underneath the bag but still nothing, and she even look it and she’s like it should be there 🤦🏻♀️ like girl you already looked at the bag! And second of all we were missing one drink the dragon paradise. Would never recommend at all.

The new option to add subtract items from menu selections is excellent! I was able to add more red sauce, some Pico and jalapeños. Definitely created my own version and it was awesome. Staff was top notch. If we return to the area we will definitely be back.

Typical Taco Bell. Food was super hot and fresh for lunch rush on a Friday. I did not appreciate having to place my order at the kiosk when there were still 2 functional registers on the counter, but the staff was polite about the situation.

Update: Went two more times and orders were both wrong! 😂 But it's Taco Bell and I just kept it and ate it anyway.
What I dont understand is how for $11-$15 at Carl's jr right up the road you literally get a full meal. Don't know if it's just this taco bell but why does $18 at taco bell seem like you only get 1/4 of what other places give you for under $15.
Not only have the sizes gone down of tacos, chalupas, and crunchwraps but the prices have gone up higher then other options.
Do it maybe twice a year to get the TB fix , but honestly Carl's Jr and Arby's give you more food and real, we'll closer to real meat. TB has never really had real meat lol 😆
When in Eagle River or Anchorage just skip TB and go get your fill elsewhere it's not worth the money. What costs $18 is the same amount $7 gets you at Carl's jr
