Paid for supreme, plus extra for the frito bits and they put like 3 of each fritos and tomatoes on it. Why am I paying extra for this? I pay extra for the avocado salsa and they always forget it in my bag. :(

Pretty consistently slow each time we are in there. Eagle River seems to be slow, McDonald’s isn’t much better. It’s worth the drive to head into anchorage.

just went there for an after Halloween treat Got there at 945 Waited till 1012 was LITERALLY at the delivery stand and they came out and told us that they were “closed” even though online they say they close at 1 AM EVERY TIME we go to eat there they forget our drinks we have to go back and get it every single time with out fail they keep forgetting the drinks! lobby is randomly closed during the day The most ILLITERATE staff ever We asked for extra cheese we had to explain for 10 minutes what “extra cheese” means and still didn’t get the cheese…our friend was devastated we just want cheese and drinks 😔

Hard taco shells were vows and tasted stale. I miss the warm crisp freshly fried shells from decades ago....was hoping with the Y2k menu they would have also brought back fresher prepared ingredients

All the people here were working hard and it's clear at least one person was being trained during while I was there, but this place has got to be better managed. I waited around 20 minutes for a simple 4-item order. Obviously I don't want anyone to get in trouble, but this was probably the second slowest, if not the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to.

Service was pretty slow, almost 18 minutes from time of order until the food came out. Had to ask for the frozen drink 2x after the food came out. Floor and tables very dirty and trash just scattered around.

I can’t even remember how many times I have came here and the doors are all just locked for no reason. No sign. Closed three hours early today. Terrible dang service. This place needs new management for sure - at an absolute minimum.
We ordered a lot and everything was cold! At first we were missing a quesadilla, the lady said to look underneath the bag but still nothing, and she even look it and she’s like it should be there 🤦🏻♀️ like girl you already looked at the bag! And second of all we were missing one drink the dragon paradise. Would never recommend at all.

The new option to add subtract items from menu selections is excellent! I was able to add more red sauce, some Pico and jalapeños. Definitely created my own version and it was awesome. Staff was top notch. If we return to the area we will definitely be back.
