We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. “Can't comment on the food but Alexandra the bartender absolutely made the last night of our hard earned vacation worth it. It was undoubtedly busy, but she was hustling with CVS receipt long tickets, handling the bar and two restaurants by her self. To the management, you needs a barback. Several tables were upset with service but as far as I could tell it was a staffing issue, not the employees themselves. Thank you for a fine farewell from Alaska!”

“I can’t say enough about this place. It helped provide entertainment, great food, and great drinks while we waited for our next Alaskan adventure during our week long visit. I have to give a very special shout-out to Denaeuh. If you get a chance, don’t leave Fairbanks without spending time with her at the bar in Pike’s Landing restaurant. She’s a genuine person with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Her drinks, food recommendations, service, and conversation were excellent! If/when we come back, we will seek out this restaurant and service with Denaeuh. Overall… I highly recommend. It’s a great place!”

“We sat inside. Nice atmosphere. The pictures posted are of the hotel lobby, not the actual restaurant. Very deceiving. I ordered the grilled hamburger with fries and the strawberry salad. Both were excellent! Layton our waiter was very attentive. I would definitely come back. Next time I would love to sit on their beautiful deck.”

“These reviews are BS. Being an Alaskan, I understand the restaurant scene around here. Understaffing and poor quality food are the norm. Do not come into this 6 gate airport restaurant expecting a Michelins star restaurant meal. Every-time I come here (which is frequently - 8-10 times a year) my expectations are exceeded.
I did not catch his name but the beautiful man working the bar around 3 pm today (June 12th) was on his game today. Ordered a dirty martini and it was absolutely perfect. I fly quite often and up until now have not had a dirty martini made well. This one was absolutely perfect. Props to this guy for being on top of it for everyone seated at the bar and the restaurant. Dude is MOVIN’ and multitasking like a mad man. Much appreciated, keep it up man.”
