The food is okay but the service is terrible. The person who takes orders is very rude. Simple questions about the menu were met with a terrible attitude. The tables weren't clean either. They need to work on their service.

We got food poisoning from this store last night. When we called to inform the.. And did not request a refund... They told us it's not their fault. They tried to say that we were liars because we didn't call last night... You know, while we were sick and throwing up from food poisoning. Feel like yall deserve to know that.

Response to owner's response: I never asked for a refund, ever. I was calling you to help your restaurant so you could know what happened and attend to the issue.

The crepes were delicious and so filling. We had the strawberry dessert crepe and the lamb cumin crepe. The lamb crepe was very flavorful, and we enjoyed the strong cumin flavor. The sweet crepe had lots of nutelle and whipped cream, and the corn flakes gave it a good crunch! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Fairbanks.

The food is amazing here. The place is kept clean and looks organized every time I have been here. They are very straight forward and helpful with accommodations. The lady at the counter is very friendly. Service is prompt.

The best Chinese food restaurant in Fairbanks. The portions are very good and the food is tasty and authentic. We shared a Peking Duck Crepe and a Spicy and Sour noodles. The taste satisfied our Chinese appetite 😝 (P.S: the spicy sauce is REALLY SPICY🌶️, be careful haha)

We got there around 11am on 12/25, with a high expectation. When we order, the lady said due to the large amount of order, we will need to wait a little bit longer, which we totally understand, it’s Christmas afterall. We then waited for an hour and asked the lady nicely that when would our order be ready. The lady was crazy, she yelled at us said, I told you it’s gonna be longer, I wish the kitchen can be faster as well. If you can’t wait, just ask for a refund. We were shocked, we waited for an hour, which is long enough. It’s super normal for us to ask how long does it still need after an hour waiting. Btw, we tipped her very well. The lady’s service is at next dimension, which is ridiculous. When we asked a refund, she said your order gonna be ready soon. Like the order is suddenly ready when we ask a refund? Or they are just pushing our order and prioritize others. We don’t know.
Then comes the food. Super plain, not authentic Chinese food.
After all, SUPER disappointed. Service is bad, food is bad. Don’t come here if you have other options. Leave an average rate so they can’t delete my comments.

Bad attitude, bad service, lame food. Waited for hours just for bad food on Christmas. My suggestion is that if you can’t serve food within reasonable amount of time, then don’t take that many orders. You just can’t make the money beyond your capacity. To the lady in the front, I hope you could enjoy your work more and don’t be that rude like you just landed on earth, thanks!

I rarely write bad reviews, but this place was a complete letdown. The food was greasy, flavorless, and tasted like it had been reheated for several times Honestly, I’ve had better meals at Panda Express.

To top it off, the owner’s attitude was terrible, and it takes her whole life to prepare a simple meal. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Simple questions about the menu were met with cold, dismissive responses, and any feedback on the food was ignored.

Just run away from this horrible place!!!!!

We placed our order at 11 o'clock in the morning and had our meal at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. The supplies on the Daton Highway were used in the restaurant, which was even more difficult than the Daton Highway👍🏻
