First time to Fairbanks. Weren't many places to eat from what I could see. This place got good ratings so I took a shot. Glad I did. Food was very good, fresh cut veggies. I had the protein bowl. Service was good. Would go again.

I’d recommend going to Great Harvest or Lulus instead. Cranky staff, mediocre food and expensive prices. We didn’t finish our food, we left to go somewhere else.

Gone twice in 2 weeks. They haven't had bagels either time. The coffee was limited to blueberry or decaf, the service was slow and the employees would stop mid-order to talk to their friend that walked through the door. Pro tip: if you serve a drink that requires a straw, bring a straw out with the drinks.

One of the greatest restaurants I’ve ever been to. Has great workers and phenomenal personality. Would go here every day if I could.
Came in at noontime and there is 3 workers, no bagles or lettuce.. the workers were not in a hurry at all bitched to each other about everything.. the counters were dirty and it is clear they needed some type of supervision took 18 minutes to make a BLT in a empty store..

I'm not sure how these people get off to charging $3.50 for a 12oz brewed coffee, let alone over $15(!!!) for a bagel sandwich with 2 slices of deli roast beef and a single slice of cheddar. Basically highway robbery that comes with a mid-@$$ sandwich.

First time ever going to this location. I got a London fog went to open it to remove the tea bag it was so full that it spilled all over my clothes. Extremely hot tea and it doesn't even look like anything's missing from the container so that thing was crazy full. Due to this experience, We will not be returning.
